NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA: Taylor Swift reportedly spent $650,000 on a luxurious pad as she arrived to witness Super Bowl LIX on Sunday, February 9, in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The 14-time Grammy-winning singer attended the Sunday match to cheer on her tight end beau, Travis Kelce, and his team, the Kansas City Chiefs. She rented the mansion, which is a gated property, from a designer for the weekend, as reported by The Mirror US.

The outlet also reported that the private mansion, set on a sprawling estate, has its own luxurious drive and is nestled against an idyllic backdrop.

Taylor Swift dined with friends and family before the game

Meanwhile, ahead of the match, Taylor Swift went out for dinner with friends and family on Saturday. She was seen with her close friends Danielle and Alana Haim going inside Gianna Restaurant, as per People.

Wearing a black top with black high-waisted shorts and a black jacket with a beige, fuzzy collar, she met her beau's sister-in-law, Kylie Kelce, at the bar inside the Italian spot.

Kylie was also spotted talking to Taylor's father, Scott Swift. However, Travis was nowhere to be seen as he was busy preparing for the big day, which ended in the Chiefs' loss.

Following the defeat, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes took to X (formerly Twitter) to shower love on the supporters, writing, "Appreciate all the love and support from #ChiefsKingdom I let y’all down today. I’ll always continue to work and try and learn and be better for it. Want to give thanks to God for every opportunity he has given me. We will be back."

On the other hand, the winning team's coach Nick Sirianni said, "We didn’t really ever care what anyone thought about how we won, or their opinions. All we want to do is win."
