Swift was seen posing on the red carpet alongside Lana Del Rey, who was seated next to her at the event.

While many were captivated by her look, others searched for hidden meanings or 'Easter eggs' within her ensemble.

Some fans speculated that her outfit was a tribute to the black-and-white cover of her 2017 album 'Reputation', while others saw a resemblance to the cover of her upcoming album 'The Tortured Poets Department', set for release in April.

There were also suggestions that her choice of a white dress was a symbolic reference to her ex, Joe Alwyn, whom she dated for six years before their split in March, amid rumors that he "refused to marry" her.

A user tweeted, "Taylor swift wearing a wedding dress to announce the album about the man that she left because he refused to propose is next level batshit crazy and i love her for it."

"What if the outfit is coded White dress = new album Black gloves = rep tv #TaylorSwift," opined another.

Another fan added, "Wait why do i think TTPD is specifically made to roast JOEA, cause the dress is white (like maybe he refused to marry her ) so here she is wearing white dress with black gloves to cover up the crime she wrote on her new album abt him #TaylorSwift."

"Taylor swift wearing a white gown to announce her breakup album ab a man who wouldn’t marry her," quipped a user.

One user stated, "Black and white?? rep tv incoming."

"Taylor Swift is getting her Travis Kelce Super Bowl gown made right now," suggested another.
