While Navarro intended to highlight her dilated pupils during an eye check-up, her followers were quick to comment on her apparent weight loss.

Ana's candid revelation about mother's diabetes battle

According to DailyMail, she revealed, "My mother suffered terribly the last years of her life," emphasizing the toll of diabetes-related kidney disease, which ultimately claimed her mother's life in 2021.

The 52-year-old television personality has been open about her efforts to shed pounds in recent years. However, speculation arose regarding the methods she may have employed, particularly the use of Ozempic, a weight loss injection also known as semaglutide.

"Last August, I went to a wellness spa in Mexico called @rancholapuerta with two of my friends since grade school," Ana recounted, shedding light on her journey toward better health.

"We had all turned 50 and wanted to be healthier. I spent time there learning to cook and eat healthier, reprogramming the way I think of my lifestyle, and being more active. We did all sorts of exercise classes for hours a day," Navarro said.
