Taylor Swift frustrated by media's attempts to pit her against fellow pop star Beyonce

Talking to TIME Magazine for the Person of the Year cover interview, the pop star said, "There were so many stadium tours this summer, but the only ones that were compared were me and Beyoncé. Clearly it's very lucrative for the media and stan culture to pit two women against each other, even when those two artists in question refuse to participate in that discussion."
For Swift, Beyonce is "the most precious gem of a person." Despite extreme fan wars, both have supported each other by appearing for each other's concert film premieres.

Swift, for the first time, openly talked about her newfound romance with NFL star Travis Kelce. "By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple. I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game? We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date," Swift said.
Acknowledging the challenges of navigating a relationship in the public eye, she emphasized that both of them genuinely support each other. So far she has attended five of Kansas City Chiefs games.

Taylor Swift recalls Kenny Chesney's life-changing gift that changed the course of her life
Talking to TIME Magazine, Swift recounted how the country star fueled her music dreams at the age of 17 when he approached her to open his 2007 Flip-Flop Summer Tour'. However, being a minor, she was unable to participate as a beer company sponsored the tour.
When she turned 18, Chesney's promoter gave her a note from the singer and a cheque to compensate her for not being able to participate.

Swifties shut down Trump's ex-advisor Stephen Miller's claim that Taylor Swift's popularity 'is not organic'
Swifties have slammed Stephen Miller, a former Trump immigration advisor, for casting doubts about Swift's true popularity. He said on X, "What's happening with Taylor Swift is not organic."
As Swift was named TIME Magazine's Person of the Year, many conservatives jumped onto the conspiracy theory that her success was actually fueled by a political agenda by the 'deep state' to weaponize her following before the 2024 presidential election. This made Swifties take matters into their own hand and criticize the far-right commentators for being hateful.
