Billboard ranks Taylor Swift second among the greatest pop stars
Taylor Swift was recently named the second greatest pop star of the past 25 years by Billboard, coming in just behind Beyonce.
The publication acknowledged Swift's influence, noting that her placement might spark debate.
"The fact that controversy will likely tear through the internet over her being just one small space below No. 1 is just another testament to her power," Billboard stated.
Despite her second-place ranking, it highlighted how much later Swift entered the pop scene compared to others.
"Regardless, her placement shouldn’t leave Swifties upset for too long — especially considering how much later in the millennium she got her start, both in the genre and music in general," the publication added.
Taylor Swift's plans with Travis Kelce and next tour
Taylor Swift's personal life has also been in the spotlight. According to US Weekly, she is focusing on her relationship with Travis Kelce and taking time to see where it leads.
“Things can change. A lot of it hinges on what happens over the next year with Travis. She’s told her team to give her one year to see how things go in her personal life,” a source told the publication.
The insiders added that Swift sees something special in Kelce. “Taylor does feel like Travis is The One," the source said.
However, she is in no rush to get engaged. "Jumping in is not her style. That’s just not how she does [things]. Marriage is a big deal, and she wants [it to be] forever.”
Swift's Eras Tour is wrapping up, with her final show scheduled for December 8. However, she may not be away from the stage for long.
The publication reported that Swift is considering a new tour in 2026, possibly after releasing a new album.
“She had such a great experience on Eras. She really wants to do it again,” an insider shared. “She loves being with all her fans; it inspires her.”
