Taylor Swift’s involvement in making ‘It Ends With Us’ revealed despite earlier claims she played no role

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The Blake Lively-Justin Baldoni legal drama is taking interesting turns every day. At one point, Lively’s long-time friend Taylor Swift’s name also emerged in the fight as it was claimed she was involved in the production of ‘It Ends With Us’.

But a tipster later reportedly asserted that the pop sensation “has always been Blake’s friend, but Taylor doesn’t have any involvement in the case. She wasn’t part of the movie.”

“Taylor was not a producer on the film and had no creative involvement,” they claimed.

However, now several clips and footage have emerged online that tell the opposite story.

Viral clips confirm Taylor Swift’s participation in ‘It Ends With Us’ production

Daily Mail citing a montage of clips shared on X reported that Justin Baldoni revealed to an interviewer that Taylor Swift was behind the casting of Isabela Ferrer, who played young Lily Bloom, in the 2024 movie.

“You told me Taylor Swift helped her [Isabela] get the role, like signed off on her audition,” the reporter asked, to which the ‘Jane the Virgin’ actor replied, “I was casting and I had shown her casting tape to Blake and Taylor and they were both like yes her. And that's a true story.”

The interview further inquired, “And how did you get Taylor to graciously lend this song that's so pivotal to this movie?” referring to the Grammy winner’s song ‘My Tears Ricochet’, which is used in the film.

Baldoni added, “I had nothing to do with it, this is all Blake. Blake was involved in all aspects of this production and she is also a marketing genius.”

One more clip from the same post has gone viral that showed an interviewer asking Isabela Ferrer, “Taylor may have had some influence in getting you the role.”

“Yes she did. I don't even know if I'm meant to be saying it but I'm saying it. She was a helpful part of the process of the audition which I found out later after I got it and that rocks my world,” she answered.

Also, the last part of the X post showed Lively confirming Swift’s role in the movie’s making process as she stated, “I mean honestly she was with me on this experience the whole time all throughout so she really lived this with me.”

This came as reports have claimed that the ‘Gossip Girl’ star and the ‘Cruel Summer’ singer are not on good terms amid the legal woes.

A tipster spilled, “Taylor is not communicating with Blake. She was invited to SNL50, but with Blake there – and Kim Kardashian – it was the last place on earth she would be seen.”

Another source shared that Swift “is taking stock of which of her friends are good for her and whose name drops her for personal gain after Blake-gate.”

“She has a new album in the works and is shocked by how much drama she was pulled into. She won't let external factors hurt her career,” they added.
