Taylor Swift's 'special' gift for Kobe Bryant's widow Vanessa melts fans' hearts: 'Thoughtful gesture'

VANCOUVER, CANADA: Taylor Swift is soon wrapping up her historic Eras Tour. In a heartfelt gesture, the pop icon recently sent Vanessa Bryant a handwritten letter alongside a copy of her newly-released 'Eras Tour Book'.

Vanessa, the widow of late basketball star Kobe Bryant, shared the touching moment on Instagram, tagging Swift and writing, "Thank You" in a heart-shaped design.

Taylor Swift pens heartfelt note to Vanessa Bryant

In the handwritten letter, atop her book, Taylor Swift said that she "wanted to share with a few friends" the cherished memories from her tour as it concludes.

The singer reflected on the tour’s legacy, writing, "What truly made this tour what it became was the passion, joy, unbridled emotion, and love the fans showed us every night."

She added, "I hope you'll enjoy this journey through the memories of my proudest moments: The Eras Tour."

Swift's self-published book defines her two-year Eras Tour stint and features 500+ exclusive photos and a BTS look at the whole concert, as per TMZ. The book reportedly sold more than 800,000 copies during Thanksgiving weekend. 

This comes as the relationship between Swift and the Bryant family runs deep.

Back in August 2023, Vanessa and her daughters attended Swift's Los Angeles concert at SoFi Stadium, where Swift shared a special moment on stage with Vanessa's youngest daughter, Bianka.

Vanessa took to her Instagram back then to share the special moment, writing, "So special. 💕💕Bianka & @taylorswift."
