'That’s not normal?' Internet trolls Donald Trump Jr as he receives envelope containing white powder at Florida residence

JUPITER, FLORIDA: First responders launched a huge response after receiving an envelope containing an unidentified white substance at Donald Trump Jr's Florida residence on Monday, a spokesperson told The Post.

A source on the scene said that when Trump Jr opened an envelope containing the mystery white powder, hazmat suit-clad authorities, and many fire engines were spotted at his Florida home, as reported by Daily Beast.

A spokesperson said, “The test results of the substance came up inconclusive on what it was exactly, but officials on the scene do not believe it is deadly.”

Donald Trump Jr has accompanied his father on the campaign road several times this year and is an outspoken and fierce supporter of him.

Declaring that it was the second letter containing white powder that had been delivered to him in recent years, Donald Trump Jr told the Daily Caller, "It’s just become a little bit too commonplace that this sort of stuff happens."

He added, "Clearly, if this happened to a prominent Democrat it wouldn’t be tolerated and would drive news coverage for weeks. The media would blame all Republicans and force them to answer for it, But since it’s me, radical haters on the left will largely get a free pass and the media will barely flinch."

Notably, after leaving New York in 2021, Trump Jr. and fiancee Kimberly Guilfoyle bought a $9.7 million property in Jupiter.

On February 22, Donald Trump Jr offered his opinion on the vice presidential candidate his father should select. He reportedly said that while he would prefer to see someone like media personality Tucker Carlson, there is still a "long way to go" in making this selection.

Trump Jr told reporters at the former president’s HQ in South Carolina, "There would be a couple [of candidates] that I would love to see. If only just for the vice presidential debate. Like I’d love to see a Tucker Carlson go up against Kamala Harris. Just that would be fun."

At a Fox News town hall, Trump lauded every potential candidate that was presented to him, including Scott, Rep Byron Donalds (R-FL), former Rep Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI), Florida Gov Ron DeSantis, and biotech tycoon Vivek Ramaswamy.

Many people on the internet mocked Donald Trump Jr after he received an envelope with white powder calling it a gift from Hunter Biden.

A user on X posted, "Hunter wouldn't have turned it in" whereas one added, "That’s not normal?" A person also mentioned, "In other news... Hunter Biden claimed his special bag of white powder is missing."

A person further commented, "Sure, no problem when Hunter does it, but Trump Jr. and everyone is all bent out of shape" whereas one added, "Lawfare didn't work. They will stop at nothing." Another person stated, "Someone needs to stop these violent democrats."
