SILT, COLORADO: Republican Congresswoman Lauren Boebert predicted a definite victory for former President Donald Trump in the upcoming Iowa caucus.

On Thursday, January 11, the Colorado lawmaker posted on the social media platform X, "In four days, the Iowa caucuses are taking place, and the contest for second place will cease to exist."

"President Trump will win decisively and we can all move on to securing the November election."

Continuing the post, Boebert added, "2024 is the most important election of our entire lives - we have got to get focused, get working, and get on to victory!"

According to FiveThirtyEight's opinion polls analyses from the Hawkeye state, Trump has s dominant lead among other GOP presidential hopefuls.

With Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley in a head-to-head competition for the second position, the former President is expecting a victory as the Iowan Republicans will select their presidential nominee on January 15.

2024 is significant in Lauren Boebert's political career

The 2024 election year will decide the future of Boebert's political career.

Not long ago, the Congresswoman announced her decision to change her congressional district for the upcoming House election in November.

In a video posted on her social media accounts on December 27, 2023, she announced her choice to run for Colorado's 4th congressional district instead of continuing in her current 3rd congressional district.

The decision came amid her declining popularity, which could affect her race against Democrat Adam Frisch.

Commenting on her district swap, Boebert later accused Hollywood celebrities like Barbra Streisand and Ryan Reynold of funding her Democratic opponent to beat her.

Boebert's forecast comes amid far-right conservatives coming up with new conspiracy theories accusing the deep state of trying to defeat Trump from entering the White House a second time.

Internet reacts to Lauren Boebert's post

Netizens slammed the Colorado Congresswoman for suggesting Trump's sure victory in the Iowa caucus. Many pointed out about her election, saying she would be voted out this time.

One user wrote, "Why? Because you all want to party at Mar-O-Lago? Do your jobs."

Another user remarked, "Wow. The delusion is strong."

"'We' who? There is no we. No one is joining up with you," said a third user.

Another added, "You’re getting voted out."

"Also your abandoned constituents in CO3 called, they want you to worry about them and not Iowa," a fifth user said.

One response read, "You should be worried... you will be out of a job.....lol." Another added, "You’re not relevant…."
