Fans thrilled as Japanese Embassy assures Taylor Swift can make it to Super Bowl on time for Travis Kelce
WASHINGTON, DC: In the latest buzz surrounding the 'It' couple Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, Swifties were initially worried about her timely arrival at the Super Bowl to support her boyfriend.
However, their concerns have been put to rest by the Embassy of Japan, which confirmed that Swift will indeed make it to Las Vegas on time for the game.
The media has been abuzz with discussions about the duo, with Melissa Etheridge also expressing her admiration for the couple. She playfully mentioned her hope that Kelce wouldn't be leaving the NFL for Swift anytime soon.
Adding to the chatter, sports commentator Tony Romo also stirred controversy recently by stating that he always referred to Swift as Kelce's wife as a 'joke' during NFL commentary. This remark sparked backlash from social media users who didn't take it lightly.

As part of her Eras Tour, Swift is gearing up to captivate the crowd in Japan. However, with the tour dates coinciding with the Super Bowl, fans anxiously pondered whether the songstress could make it to the game to support beau Kelce.
Addressing Swifties' concerns, the Embassy of Japan, embracing their inner Swiftie, recently released a statement that Swift will indeed be present at the Super Bowl.

The Kansas City Chiefs clinched their place in the Super Bowl by defeating the Baltimore Ravens. The Super Bowl is set to take place on February 11, while Swift's performance is lined up for February 10 in Tokyo.
The embassy cleverly incorporated some of Swift's album titles, including 'Speak Now,' 'Fearless,' and 'Red,' in their statement, assuring fans that the 'Wildest Dreams' singer could make a timely arrival in LA.
The official statement, shared on X through the @JapanEmbDC account, read, “Despite the 12-hour flight and 17-hour time difference, the Embassy can confidently Speak Now to say that if she departs Tokyo in the evening after her concert, she should comfortably arrive in Las Vegas before the Super Bowl begins."
Closing the statement, the Embassy reassured, "We know that many people in Japan are excited to experience Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, so we wanted to confirm that anyone concerned can be Fearless in knowing that this talented performer can wow Japanese audiences and still make it to Las Vegas to support the Chiefs when they take the field for the Super Bowl wearing Red."

According to People Magazine, Swift is set to attend but not perform at the February 4 Grammy Awards as she has to fly to Japan for her four continuous nights of performances at the Tokyo Dome from February 7 to February 10 for her Eras Tour.
If the pop icon does attend the Super Bowl, it would mark her 13th appearance at a Kansas City Chiefs game.
