ARGUISAL, HUESCA: Hollywood actor Tom Cruise is igniting excitement and intrigue with his surprise visit to the remote village of Arguisal in the Aragonese Pyrenees, home to just 14 residents. Renowned for his globe-trotting escapades, the 'Top Gun' star's recent trip has captivated the internet.

Considering Cruise’s well-known preference for privacy, it’s no wonder he opted for a serene location like this. Although there are photos from his trip to Spain, they have been kept under wraps at the actor’s request, further heightening the intrigue surrounding his visit.

El Periódico de Aragón has confirmed Tom Cruise's arrival in the charming village of Arguisal. Reports suggest that he arrived via helicopter, accompanied by one of his sisters and her husband.

The actor went directly to the residence of his host, Javier Olivan, who has a private helipad. It is only known that they shared a private dinner at Javier Olivan's home in Arguisal.

Olivan, the Chief Operating Officer of Meta and a close associate of Mark Zuckerberg built his home in Arguisal due to his roots in Huesca. Although he relocated to Spain in 2023, he previously lived in Palo Alto, California, the heart of the tech industry. There is only a little information about Olivan's personal life, aside from the fact that he is married and has two daughters.

As for Tom Cruise, he has visited Spain three times in recent months. His early summer trip took him to Mallorca, where he met with Alejandro González Iñárritu, who is preparing a film featuring Cruise as the lead.

His second visit was work-related, accompanied by director Wade Eastwood in June. He flew around the island in his personal HondaJet, which he pilots himself.

Spain has increasingly become a favored destination for Hollywood stars; Will Smith has expressed his fondness for the country, while Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas own a large estate in Mallorca where they often spend their leisure time. Amber Heard has also made Spain her home.

Tom Cruise shows nervousness in stunt for ‘Mission Impossible’ series

Before his unexpected visit to the Spanish village, Tom Cruise had captured fans' attention with a thrilling experience during a stunt for the 'Mission Impossible' series.

On September 15, he was spotted preparing for a stunt that involved climbing into the cockpit of a World War II biplane, getting ready to take to the skies once again. This time, however, he appeared a bit nervous about the stunt—understandably so, considering the stakes feel higher at 62 when piloting a nearly 80-year-old aircraft.

Fully committed to his iconic role as Ethan Hunt, Cruise donned the character's signature leather jacket and hopped into the vintage plane. Cameras rolled as he soared through the sky, promising an exhilarating final scene in the upcoming eighth installment of the 'Mission Impossible' franchise.

According to a source, “Tom had started to learn to fly a Boeing Stearman biplane earlier this year for a major stunt scene in 'Mission: Impossible 8.' It’s obviously a highly skilled task, but as usual, he has no plans to cut any corners or bring in a stuntman.”
