'Too thin': Internet calls out Sharon Osbourne as she reflects on her weight-loss journey on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM: Sharon Osbourne and Colson Smith discussed their weight loss journey on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’.

Smith revealed to Osbourne that he first “lost weight when I was 18 through a strict diet,” Daily Mail reported.

However, when Smith understood that he was again putting on weight, he wouldn't have anything for "a day and a half".

"I wouldn't eat for a day and a half and then I would be that hungry I would drive to KFC and order three meals and then I'd hate myself and then not eat again.”

Agreeing with him, the music manager stated, “People who don't have to worry about weight have no idea what it's like. At one point I was 230lb. It's a killer.”

To which, the 25-year-old actor asserted, “I am glad I have done what I've done and got the level of control.”

He also added, “I now have discipline and my girlfriend is very supportive. If I'm having a bad day she tells me what I need to hear.”

Sharon Osbourne doesn't ‘regret’ using Ozempic

This came after Osbourne left people worried after losing a significant amount of weight reportedly through the help of the controversial Ozempic drug.

She also attracted negative attention after being open about it.

The 71-year-old reportedly shared on 'Loose Women', “I don't regret it. Everything with weight with me was, 'I want it now.'”

She further explained, “The injections that I was on worked, but it just seems that now I can't put anything on really."

“I lost over 40lbs, If I could I would put back another 10. I’m just an ordinary person who got lucky and I didn’t take advantage of that. I never want to forget I am blessed and have been really lucky in my life.”

Also, during an interview with Mail On Sunday, the mother-of-three revealed that her “weakness has always been food".

"When I’m happy, I eat. When I’m sad, I eat. I was a pig.”

She continued, “At my heaviest, I weighed 230lb — that’s just over 16 stone. And I’m only 5ft 2in. I weighed more than my husband."

“So, I made it my business to lose almost half my body weight. The result was that I had flesh hanging everywhere. My breasts were flat and sagging.”

To keep her body parts in perfect shape, Osbourne “had liposuction on my neck”.

"I had my breasts lifted, my arms lipo-ed and my tummy tucked. I had my bum lifted and implants inserted," she added.

Osbourne further said, “Last December, I resorted to injecting myself with Ozempic, a semaglutide that fools the brain into thinking you’re not hungry. I lost 42lb — that’s 3st — but it was too much.”

Osbourne warned teenagers against Ozempic use. "I've been off it for a while now, but my warning is don’t give it to teenagers, it’s just too easy…”

“You can lose so much weight and it’s easy to become addicted to that, which is very dangerous. I couldn’t stop losing weight and now I’ve lost 42 lbs. and I can’t afford to lose anymore,” she stated.

Meanwhile, people have reacted online over Osbourne’s way of losing weight.

A user on X tweeted, “Sharon looks awful since ozempic it has done her no favors. Ozempic can also have lifetime side effects and should not be used for weight loss It's a diabetic drug.”



 

A person on Facebook wrote, “I think she looked better before. Sorry to say.”

The third one added, “She looks ill. xxToo thin now.”
