WASHINGTON, DC: Fans rejoiced as the Kansas City Chiefs made their second consecutive trip to the White House following another thrilling win.

President Biden welcomed the back-to-back Super Bowl champions to the South Lawn of the White House on Friday, May 31, to honor and congratulate the players on their latest title.

During the celebration, Travis Kelce was in attendance, and this time, the president invited the well-known tight end to take the podium.

Dressed in a tan suit, the star tight end posed for photographs with President Joe Biden and his teammates in Washington, DC as part of Kansas City's extended championship celebrations.

At Biden's invitation, he also had the opportunity to speak, marking a culmination of the gestures he had attempted at the event the previous year.

"My fellow Americans…,” he said. “I’m going to be honest President Biden, they told me I’d get tased if I came up here, so I’m going back to my spot.”

The audience chuckled at the joke, and Jason, Kelce's brother, expressed his excitement on social media.

"Man, I'm not gonna lie, that was tight. Well done @tkelce, doesn’t get much cooler than that!” the recently retired Eagles center wrote on X.

The Chiefs tight end declared, "So, I've been waiting for this," when he reached the podium a year prior. However, quarterback Patrick Mahomes cut the moment short. In February, Kelce, 34, and the Chiefs defeated the 49ers 25-22 in overtime to win their third Super Bowl in five seasons in Las Vegas.

He then celebrated the victory on the field at Allegiant Stadium with family and his girlfriend, Taylor Swift.
