The episode marks Kelce's debut in the acting world, and the excitement surrounding it has only grown after he shared a sneak peek on his podcast, which he co-hosts with his older brother, Jason Kelce.

According to Daily Mail, Jason was quick to applaud his brother’s performance after watching the clip. "Not gonna lie, you killed it right there," Jason said, giving Travis a much-deserved nod for his acting skills.

However, Travis wasn’t as comfortable watching himself on screen. "I can't watch it, I can't even listen to it. You're full of s**t," he jokingly responded, revealing his discomfort with seeing his own performance.

Despite his nerves, Kelce has been candid about his excitement for this new venture, although he admitted feeling out of his element when the project first began.

"It’s been so much fun. I feel like a jabroni, I feel like an amateur, but I haven’t gotten fired yet," Kelce said back in May.

"They haven’t told me to f*****g kick rocks after the first week."

Travis Kelce grateful for Ryan Murphy’s confidence in ‘Grotesquerie’ role

The series was written by 'Glee' co-creator Ryan Murphy, a powerhouse in the entertainment industry, and Kelce expressed deep gratitude for the opportunity to work with him.

"I can’t thank him enough for this opportunity. I’m sure there’s actors out there that would die for an opportunity to work with Ryan, and I’m getting it in my first gig ever," Kelce said.

He went on to add, "He seemed very confident that I'd be able to do this and he injected that [belief] in me the first conversation we had."

While 'Grotesquerie' is Kelce’s first major acting role, he’s made it clear that he’s interested in pursuing more acting gigs alongside his football career.

He’s already set for a cameo appearance in 'Happy Gilmore 2' and is set to host a new quiz show titled 'Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?' which will debut later this month.

Kelce’s acting debut comes at an exciting time, both on and off the field. On the football front, Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs are preparing to take on the New Orleans Saints at Arrowhead Stadium on October 7.

Adding to the excitement, this marks the first time Jason will call a game featuring Travis since joining the ESPN broadcasting team for Monday Night Football.
