DAYTONA BEACH, FLORIDA: Donald Trump knows how to make an entrance and Sunday’s Daytona 500 was no exception.

The President had NASCAR fans losing their minds as he rolled up in style—Air Force One soaring over the track before he even set foot in the stadium. With thousands of racing enthusiasts already hyped, Trump made sure they knew exactly who was in town — riding in the presidential limousine, known as The Beast, around the iconic 2.5-mile circuit in a grand display.

Donald Trump’s lap of honor in The Beast

Donald Trump’s motorcade pulled straight onto the track, giving the crowd an up-close look at the president before he disappeared into a secure area. But just before the big race, he came back out and his motorcade took not one but two laps around the track.

Then, Trump addressed the drivers over the radio: "This is your favorite President. I'm a big fan, a really big fan of you people. How you do this, I don't know. But I just want you to be safe. You are talented people and you are great people and great Americans. Have a good day, have a lot of fun and I will see you later."

Joining Trump for the ride was his son Eric Trump who excitedly filmed the whole thing from inside The Beast. Even five-year-old granddaughter Carolina was there, getting the ultimate VIP treatment—no seatbelt required, peering out the window next to her grandpa.

MAGA hats, Richard Petty, and a Jumbotron moment

Earlier, Donald Trump made a brief but powerful appearance on the jumbotron while standing for the national anthem. The thousands of fans erupted in cheers as they geared up for "The Great American Race."

And of course, Trump wasn’t just there to wave to the crowd. He made his rounds, shaking hands with multiple drivers and even posing for a photo with NASCAR legend Richard Petty.

When Fox caught up with Trump, he touted what he saw as a strong start to his second term.

"I think it's fantastic, it's great for the country," he said about the race. "Our country is doing well again, we have spirit all over the world. We brought it back and it's been less than four weeks, so you'll see what we do in a little period of time. It's only going to get better. This is very exciting," he stated.

He couldn’t help but admire the guts of the drivers, adding: "I understand they'll be going quite quickly. They have a lot of courage, I see it and I've been here. They have a lot of guts."

Donald Trump's arrival and the subsequent liberal meltdown

Donald Trump’s arrival was just as big as his track tour. Air Force One touched down shortly after 1 pm. Dressed in his signature red tie, he pulled out several red MAGA hats and placed one on his head despite the windy Florida weather.

Eric and Lara Trump were right behind him, along with two of their kids. As he stepped onto the tarmac, Trump took time to chat with his greeters, which included Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene.

But while Trump was soaking up the love from NASCAR fans, liberals on social media were having a meltdown. As expected, his presence at yet another major sporting event so soon sent critics into a tailspin.

"@NASCAR as a fan of NASCAR I am watching the 500 to watch the race. I am not interested nor do I care about Donald Trump being at the race. I want to watch a race and the drivers. NOT Donald Trump," one fumig fan ranted on X.

"Oh well. Hey, at least Trump flew over Kentucky on his taxpayer-funded nascar boondoggle. He cares deeply about his people, lol," another wrote.

"Fox you've got liberal fans of NASCAR. Can we treat Donald Trump like Taylor Swift and show him sparingly? Really don't need glory shots of AF1 landing," someone else chimed in.

"It wasn't bad enough that Donald Trump wasted millions attending half of the Super Bowl last weekend... But now he's attending the NASCAR Daytona 500. How much is he hosing the taxpayers for today?" read a comment.

"This is the most pathetic try-hard s**t I’ve ever seen from a government. Even Putin is like 'That’s a bit much,'" another offered.
