WASHINGTON, DC: After reimagining himself as James Bond, a messiah, a military drone operator, and even the Mandalorian, Donald Trump has now added another role to his growing collection of internet alter egos: an alien hunter.

Amid a major posting spree, the 79-year-old president took to Truth Social to share an AI-generated image of himself escorting a humanoid alien figure in restraints.

The image came after Trump gave the green light to the release of the hotly anticipated government files related to UFOs, unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), and extraterrestrial life.

The Commander-in-Chief had an unusually active Sunday online, launching into a rapid-fire posting spree that included a stream of nearly identical AI-generated videos showing a US battleship blasting Iranian missiles out of the sky, alongside clips from Oval Office event focused on maternal healthcare.

Among these posts, he shared an AI-generated image of himself walking alongside a gray, humanoid alien figure at what appeared to be a military site.

The post appeared to be a reference to the UFO files recently released by the US Department of Defense at Trump's direction.

This came after the president shared another bonkers image depicting him sitting at a futuristic command center overlooking Earth from space and pressing a red button.

One of the monitoring screens in the background displayed a gigantic mushroom cloud rising into space beneath the dramatic words “TARGET DESTROYED.”

Elsewhere in the AI-generated image, explosions appeared to erupt across parts of Earth, seemingly over Ireland and Ukraine, adding to the cinematic chaos of the scene.

Trump shared the image twice on social media, with the second version featuring the bold words “SPACE FORCE”, a nod to the US military branch created during Trump’s first term in office in 2019.

Trump releases classified UFO and extraterrestrial files

In February, President Trump, in the middle of an escalating war with Iran, ordered the release of more than 160 UFO-related files, including images, videos, and documents from multiple federal agencies.

The Pentagon, in March, released its first batch of declassified UAP files, which included transcripts from Apollo and Gemini missions, with astronauts describing unidentified lights, particles, and objects in space.

Files and theories surrounding the possible existence of extraterrestrial life have long remained a source of fascination and fierce debate, with speculation and conjecture constantly circulating in the background but never reaching the president’s office.

Following the release, Trump’s daughter-in-law Lara stated that the president has a speech prepared on the subject and is waiting for the right time to deliver it.

“We’ve kind of asked my father-in-law about this… we all want to know about the UFOs… and he played a little coy with us,” she said. “I’ve heard kind of around, I think my father-in-law has actually said it, that there is some speech that he has, that I guess at the right time, I don’t know when the right time is, he’s going to break out and talk about and it has to do with maybe some sort of extraterrestrial life.”
