MIAMI, FLORIDA: Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill and his wife, Keeta Vaccaro, are about to embark on an exciting new chapter in their lives as they expect to welcome their first child together soon.

As her due date inches closer, the 28-year-old has been keeping her followers in the loop with regular updates on her health, workouts, and, of course, her adorable baby bump.

It's clear she's handling pregnancy like a pro, balancing her fitness routine while also supporting her superstar husband through the football season.

Vaccaro was recently spotted on the sidelines during the Miami Dolphins' Thursday Night Football (TNF) game against the Buffalo Bills.

While the game didn’t go in Miami Dolphin's favor and the team had to deal with a scary injury to their quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, fans and loved ones—Keeta Vaccaro included—remained supportive.

Of course, Vaccaro brought her fashion A-game to the event. She posted a few snaps showing off her outfit, complete with a chic red-orange off-shoulder top and multicolored pants.

The soon-to-be mom accessorized with a blue handbag, and her side-swept hair added the final touch to her effortless, glowing maternity style.

Vaccaro has been a regular at Hill's games, even showing up to the team's training camp before the season kicked off. Their offseason was packed with memorable moments, including the announcement of her pregnancy in a super low-key Instagram post that featured an ultrasound image.

In typical celebrity fashion, the couple didn’t just settle for an Instagram post to share the gender of their baby. They went all out with a massive gender reveal party that featured a giant TNT detonator! When the detonator went off it sent pink smoke into the air, confirming they were having a baby girl.

The backdrop was complete with a giant 'BoyXGirl’ sign, and Hill couldn’t contain his excitement—he ran around in pure joy after the pink smoke billowed out. Vaccaro later shared her excitement on Instagram, writing, "Baby girl coming soon."

And in a candid moment after the reveal, Hill told the camera: "Hey, I’m having another girl."

He even joked about naming his daughter "Tyreeka," but it seems his wife wasn’t on board with that idea. According to the couple, their little one is expected to arrive before the end of the year and fans can’t wait to meet the newest addition to the Hill-Vaccaro family.

Tyreek Hill's detainment drama

While Tyreek Hill and Keeta Vaccaro have been busy prepping for parenthood, the former has also found himself in some off-field controversy. The football star made headlines after he was detained by the Miami-Dade police ahead of the Dolphins vs Jacksonville Jaguars game last week.

According to reports, Hill was pulled over for allegedly speeding—60 mph in a 40 mph zone—and things escalated quickly from there between him and the police.

Hill accused Officer Danny Torres of using excessive force during the encounter, claiming that the officer placed his hands on his neck and later forced him to the ground.

"On at least two occasions, the escalating officer placed his hands on or around Mr. Hill’s neck during the traffic stop," read the footballer's statement on the incident.

After Hill was pulled from his vehicle and placed face down on the pavement, the officer allegedly continued to use force, even after Hill was handcuffed.

Hill further claimed that the officer ignored his pleas regarding a recent knee surgery and continued to escalate the situation.

This wasn’t Torres’ first brush with controversy. According to the New York Post, the officer has been suspended six times during his career—with the suspensions ranging from five to 20 days for various infractions, including use of force violations.

Having been with the Miami-Dade Police Department since 1996, Torres has been investigated for misconduct 13 times. At the same time, Torres has also received commendations for his work such as a professionalism award in 2023.

But in light of what transpired last week, Hill and his legal team have called for the officer to be fired.

"After a careful and thorough review of the multiple body cameras and concerned citizens’ videos that captured the unfortunate events that transpired on Sunday, September 8, 2024, between several officers of the Miami Dade Police Department and Tyreek Hill, we are demanding for the immediate termination of the officer that has been placed on administrative leave," said Julius B Collins, Hill’s attorney, earlier this week.

The Dolphins star has admitted that he could have handled the situation better but remains firm in his stance against the officer’s actions. Torres is currently on administrative leave while the investigation unfolds.

Meanwhile, Tyreek is focused on getting back to business on the field as he looks to help his team rebound from their rough start to the season.

The Dolphins are set to face the Seattle Seahawks on September 22.
