'Utterly deranged': Internet shreds Donald Trump as he unleashes bizarre rant on Mother's Day and makes no mention of Melania

PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: On a day meant to celebrate and honor mothers, former President Donald Trump found himself at the center of a social media firestorm after he posted a bizarre rant on his Truth Social platform, as reported by Newsweek.

Instead of offering heartfelt tributes to his wife, Melania Trump, on Mother's Day, the MAGA spearhead unleashed a fiery tirade against his political opponents, referring to them as "Radical Left Fascists, Marxists, and Communists."

In his Truth Social post, Trump addressed the "Mothers, Wives and Lovers" of his political rivals, labeling them "Radical Left Fascists, Marxists, and Communists."

"Happy Mother's Day to ALL, in particular the Mothers, Wives and Lovers of the Radical Left Fascists, Marxists, and Communists who are doing everything within their power to destroy and obliterate our once great Country," wrote the former president.

He continued, "Please make these complete Lunatics and Maniacs Kinder, Gentler, Softer and, most importantly, Smarter, so that we can, quickly, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!"

While Trump re-shared a Mother's Day post from his third wife Melania on Truth Social, he did not directly mention or acknowledge her in his own messages.

In a subsequent post later that day, the ex-POTUS offered a general Mother's Day wish, writing, "I hope that all of the incredible MOTHERS out there had an incredible day. You are the most special people of them all!!! Love, DONALD J. TRUMP, 45th President of the United States." 

Melania's own Truth Social post characterized mothers as "the foundation of a thriving society" and "the fundamental support of the American family." Through her words, the former first lady encouraged mothers to place importance on self-care to support their families better.

At a recent MAGA rally in New Jersey, Trump briefly acknowledged Melania while extending Mother's Day wishes, saying, "I also want to say happy Mother's Day to all the moms in America, especially my wife Melania. I'll be home in a little while."

In contrast, other prominent political figures offered heartfelt tributes to their wives and mothers on the occasion. Former President Barack Obama praised his wife, Michelle Obama, for being "such an amazing mom to our beautiful girls" and setting "an incredible example for all of us."

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis called his wife, Casey DeSantis, "the best mother in the world," thanking her for "all that you do for our family."

You never loved your mother, that is certain."

Another person said, "The man who will supposedly unite us. Pathetic moron who embarrasses his mother still today."

Lastly, a netizen offered, "Quite telling that he can’t say HMD to any of his kids mothers. He’s never treated any of them with the love and admiration a mother deserves."
