LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Following 'Rust' armorer Hannah Gutierrez Reed's guilty verdict in connection to the fatal shooting of Halyna Hutchins, Alec Baldwin and his wife, Hilaria Baldwin, are reportedly experiencing stressful situation as they await his trial on July 9, 2024.

Baldwin and his wife had reportedly been anticipating a not-guilty verdict, but now the situation has changed.
"It continues to be a very stressful situation for Alec and Hilaria," a source told People. "A not-guilty verdict for Hannah would have caused less stress."
The source also added that Alec "still trusts his defense though. They just want the trial over with."
What charges and sentence time does Alec Baldwin face
Alec Baldwin, 65, faces charges of involuntary manslaughter stemming from the accidental discharge of a prop gun on the set of 'Rust' in 2021, resulting in the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and injuring director Joel Souza.
Despite initially having charges dropped last April, Alec was indicted again in January, pleading not guilty to the charges.
He can face 18 months in jail if convicted.
Hannah Gutierrez Reed was convicted in less than two hours by the jury
Hannah Gutierrez Reed who is now reportedly struggling in jail was convicted on March 6 of involuntary manslaughter charges.
After deliberating for less than two hours, the jury found Gutierrez-Reed guilty.
She was held accountable for the presence of live ammunition on the set.
However, she was acquitted of an additional charge of evidence tampering. Her attorney has planned to appeal the verdict.
Hilaria Baldwin expressed frustration after charges against Alec Baldwin were brought back
In January when charges against Alec Baldwin were brought back, Hilaria expressed frustration.
"It’s frustrating for them both that Alec is being recharged," an insider told the publication.
"They knew there was a possibility there would be a new indictment. The back and forth is hard," the source added.
Before that in 2022, Hilaria told Extra, "We're not okay. We can't be okay. No one's okay. It was and is a tragedy that nobody could ever have imagined."
