During the discussion, Rogan told Vance that Biden had undergone two successful brain surgeries in 1988.
"Wait, Biden had two brain surgeries!? How did I not know this!? ... Wow!" Vance responded.
The vice president appeared genuinely stunned by the revelation and continued to process the information as Rogan expanded on the topic.
Rogan explained that Biden "underwent two successful, life-saving brain surgeries to repair two intracranial aneurysms in 1988."
He then added that reports said the former president suffered "no lasting brain damage or cognitive impairment."

"I know Pam. I like Pam. I don't think there was anything malicious going on," he told Rogan.
