Jason and Travis Kelce's 'New Heights' podcast beat out formidable contenders

The dynamic duo's meteoric rise in the podcasting world has been nothing short of remarkable, as they beat out formidable contenders like 'My Favorite Murder' and 'SmartLess' to claim the top prize.

In a pre-recorded acceptance speech played at the ceremony in Austin, Texas, Jason humorously acknowledged the impact of Taylor Swift's dedicated fan base, the Swifties, in their victory.

"We would be remiss if we didn't immediately thank all the 92 percenters, AKA Swifties, for voting for us," he quipped, alluding to his brother Travis' high-profile relationship with the pop superstar.

Travis, the Kansas City Chiefs' tight end, couldn't contain his disbelief, exclaiming, "Get the f*** outta here... people actually listen to this?" The duo's natural chemistry and infectious humor were on full display, as they expressed their gratitude for the unexpected accolade.

Earlier during the event, the Kelce siblings also secured the Best Overall Ensemble award, yet they fell short in the Best Sports Podcast category, losing out to Shannon Sharpe's 'Club Shay Shay.' Despite the Kelces' absence at the ceremony, Travis has returned to the United States following his time with Swift in Australia and Singapore.
