LAS VEGAS, NEVADA: Patrick Mahomes, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, opened up about his team’s wild afterparty in Las Vegas following their 2024 Super Bowl victory.

He also revealed how he felt after scoring the winning touchdown and what his future goals are.

Mahomes spoke to 'Good Morning America' on Tuesday, February 13, and shared some of the highlights from his team’s celebrations in Sin City.

“I was there! I saw Jason, and he was the life of the party, man,” Mahomes said, adding “Those Kelce brothers, man, they’re the life of the party wherever they go.”

He added that the celebrations were “good” and that the team expected a long night. “Winning the Super Bowl in Vegas, we knew it was going to be a long night,” he said.

Mahomes also discussed the game itself and how he felt after throwing the ball to Mecole Hardman for the decisive touchdown that secured his team’s third Super Bowl title.

He said he was overcome with emotion and ran down the field before tumbling on the ground. “It was just all emotion, all emotion, man,” he said.

“I was running and I didn’t know where to go and I had to lay down somewhere, so I did a tumble on the ground. It’s a moment that I’ll never forget,” he added.

Patrick Mahomes says he will be unstoppable even after three Super Bowl wins

Mahomes told the 'GMA' hosts that he was not satisfied with his three Super Bowl wins and that he wanted to achieve more.

He said he had a mindset of improving every day and that he did not care about the titles people gave him.

“I mean obviously we’ve had a great start and a great run, and we’ve done a lot of great things, but we’ve got a long ways to go,” Mahomes said.

“And so I think if I have the mindset to continue to get better every single day I’m playing, people will be able to put whatever title they want on me,” he added.

After the Super Bowl win, Mahomes took some time off to celebrate with his wife, Brittany Mahomes, and their two children — Patrick “Bronze" Mahomes III, 14 months, and daughter Sterling Skye, two at Disneyland, People noted.
