LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Bam Margera, renowned for his daredevil antics on and off-screen, recently encountered a setback in his skateboarding endeavors.

The former 'Jackass' star, 44, took a harrowing spill while showcasing his skateboarding skills, resulting in a painful injury, reported TMZ.

Bam Margera suffers MCL tear in Skateboarding

In a clip capturing the moment, Margera can be seen navigating the ramps with agility until a sudden mishap causes his left leg to lag, sending him tumbling to the ground. The former 'Jackass' star cries out a loud "F***!" while writhing in pain on the ground.

Following the accident, Margera wasted no time seeking medical attention, heading straight to the hospital for evaluation.

Fortunately, the injury, diagnosed as a torn MCL (medial collateral ligament), did not necessitate surgery. Instead, Margera was fitted with a knee brace and provided with crutches to aid in his recovery.

Throughout his ordeal, Margera found solace in the unwavering support of his fiancee, Dannii Marie, who stood by his side during his hospital visit.

Taking to Instagram to update his fans, Margera candidly shared the news of his injury, shedding light on the challenges he faces in the aftermath of the accident.

An MCL tear, ranging from a stretch to a partial or complete tear of the ligament, presents a formidable obstacle for the skateboarder as he navigates the road to recovery.

The skateboarding mishap involving Bam Margera and his subsequent MCL tear elicited a range of reactions from internet users, reflecting a mix of concern, criticism, and speculation.
