MEXICO CITY, MEXICO: Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes' wife Brittany Mahomes recently revealed to her fans that she suffered a back fracture. She also emphasized the importance of everyone's health and well-being, particularly for those who have children.
The former soccer star—who is married to Patrick and has two children, three-year-old Sterling and 15-month-old Patrick "Bronze"—provided followers an update on her health along with a word of caution for new mothers.
Despite not disclosing her whereabouts, Brittany was seen on Wednesday, March 6, arriving at a Mexican airport, where she and her family are anticipated to unwind for a few days, per Daily Mail.

On Wednesday, March 6, the 28-year-old former soccer player posted the comment along with a selfie to her Instagram Stories. She wrote: "Just your daily reminder: Once you have kids please take care of your pelvic floor. Seriously. From: A girl with a fractured back."
However, Brittany did not highlight any particular instances that would have resulted in the damage.
Patrick and Brittany announced the birth of their first child, daughter Sterling Skye, on Instagram on February 20, 2021. On November 28, 2022, the Mahomes family again announced the birth of their son, Patrick "Bronze" Lavon Mahomes III, on Instagram, per The Mirror.
She shared another story on Instagram an hour after sending the message to her admirers, where she was seen holding their daughter's hand in one hand and holding a Coors Lite can in the other, implying that the trip may "make it better."
According to the University of Utah Health, pelvic floor issues can arise during childbirth and present as lower back pain, lack of bladder control, and other symptoms.

The 28-year-old Brittany did not disclose the cause of her injury, but she has been quite busy since her husband's team, the Kansas City Chiefs, won Super Bowl LVIII in February 2024.
When Brittany isn't spending time with her kids at home, she frequently attends her husband's Kansas City Chiefs games and even became closer to Taylor Swift as the two supported their respective partners on the field.
The mother of two went to the Super Bowl afterparty on February 11 and, three days later, she accompanied the talented quarterback, also 28 years old, to the Chiefs' triumph parade in Kansas City, Missouri, per Page Six.
Although the event got off to a great start, it ended tragically when gunfire broke out during the ceremony, leaving one person dead and at least 22 injured.
Brittany and Patrick started dating in 2012 while attending Texas Whitehouse High School. After dating Brittany for eight years, the quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs proposed to her inside Arrowhead Stadium in September 2020.
