MIAMI, FLORIDA: ABC’s daytime talk show ‘The View’ is currently on its Christmas break, and co-host Ana Navarro has flown all the way from Miami to Africa for her winter break.
Navarro has taken over Instagram to share snaps of herself, her location, and her surroundings as she makes her way through Africa, oceans away from her home, and the Internet couldn't help but swoon over her.
'The View' host is known for sharing snaps of her holidays, be it the Fourth of July celebrations or Thanksgiving.

In her next post, Navarro finally disclosed her winter holiday destination, noting that she was at that time in South Africa.
Sharing a picture of herself and the ship's captain, the TV personality wrote, "Ahoy, Captain! ⚓️Captain Antonio let me sit in his chair. I felt like when an excited little kid is allowed to visit the cockpit of a plane. There is something about the ocean that always makes me so happy. 🌊"

Most recently, Navarro shared more snaps of herself, but her focus remained on the animals she saw in the wild and how she has "never" been to a zoo since her first visit to Africa.
She captioned the post, "About today. There is something magical about seeing animals in the wild. Every time I come to Africa, I fall in love again. Since the first time I visited, I have never gone to a zoo. Just can’t stand wild animals in captivity."

She added, "It’s so sad. And I have such disdain for those people with small brains, small hearts, and small weenies who think hunting these animals is some sort of macho sport, or who kill then for their skins, tusks, horns. Just horrible. I’d love to see them take on a lion or an elephant without a gun."
‘The View’ host concluded, "My money is on the lion. We must protect these animals and their habitats. We owe it to the future generations. 🦁🦒🦓 PS- I’m sure bird people know, that bird is called a Secretariat. It hunts snakes. It is fascinating and apparently, not easy to see in wild. I could watch it all day."
