LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Al Pacino’s friends are growing increasingly concerned that the 84-year-old Hollywood icon is being taken advantage of by his 30-year-old ex-girlfriend and baby mama Noor Alfallah.

Despite their October 2024 split, insiders claim the 'Godfather' star continues to lavish her with gifts and financial support, with sources fearing he may be going overboard, reported Radar Online.

According to sources, Pacino is planning to leave a significant portion of his estimated $120 million fortune to Alfallah, who is the mother of his youngest child, Roman.

“He’s carrying a torch for her, and he has a child with her, so it stands to reason he’ll take care of her,” a source told Radar Online.

“But the worry is that he will go overboard,” the insider added.

Friends have reportedly expressed concerns that the legendary actor’s generosity may be excessive, especially since he and Alfallah are no longer romantically involved.

“Friends think he’s way too generous to Noor, especially as they’re not even dating anymore,” said an insider.

Alfallah has been linked to several high-profile older men in the past, including Mick Jagger, 74, at the time of their 2017 relationship as well as filmmaker Eli Roth, 52, and veteran actor Clint Eastwood, 94.

In November, she was also spotted with comedian Bill Maher, 69, a move that reportedly upset Pacino.

“It really upset Al when she started going out with Bill. The guy is someone he considers a friend,” a source revealed.

“A lot of men would have tried to cut her off or gotten mad, but not Al. He let it totally slide, and a lot of his friends think it’s because he’s convinced that he can’t live without her,” shared the source.

Despite the skepticism surrounding Alfallah’s intentions, Pacino remains fiercely protective of her.

The two were even spotted on a lavish dinner date recently, fueling further speculation about the nature of their relationship.

“When people question why he’s so easy on Noor no matter what she does, he gets very defensive,” an insider noted.

“Fact is, he’s lonely, he loves her, and likes her company,” said the source.

With insiders speculating that Alfallah will receive a sizable inheritance upon Pacino’s death, friends worry about the actor’s willingness to continue supporting her indefinitely.
