Blake Lively was 'unpleasant' to work with as she would burp and fart on 'Gossip Girl' set, claims extra
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Blake Lively was “horrendous” and “very unpleasant to work with” on the sets of ‘Gossip Girl’, claimed an actress turned social media influencer in a recent TikTok video.
Rossella Rago, 37, who currently hosts the popular YouTube culinary show ‘Cooking with Nonna’, claimed in a video shared on TikTok that Lively would “burp and fart” in the middle of the set while adding that she was “used to being adored.”
Claiming that the 37-year-old actress was a “nepo baby,” Rago, who worked as an extra on and off on 'Gossip Girl', claimed that Lively has previously “thrown people under the bus” and did the same with her ‘It Ends With Us’ co-star and director Justin Baldoni.

Taking to her social media, Rossella Rago accused Lively of flatulence between takes when she was acting in ‘Gossip Girl’, reported the Daily Mail.

“She would burp and fart in the middle of set – and act like we were lucky to be smelling her farts,” Rago said in a TikTok post, before adding, “She was very unpleasant to work with. I just don't know how else to say it.”
Referencing the ongoing legal tussle between Lively and Justin Baldoni, the social media star claimed that the 'Green Lantern' actress is used to “being adored,” and would get mad “when she is not.”
“She is used to being adored and when she is not, s**t gets real, and Baldoni has found out how real it gets,” shared Rago.
Lively and Baldoni have since then found themselves locked in a legal battle after the actress accused him of harassment on set and filed a lawsuit in December.
Baldoni, in return, filed a $400 million defamation lawsuit against the actress claiming she tried to destroy his reputation.
Rago shared that when Lively played Serena van der Woodsen in ‘Gossip Girl’, she worked as an extra in all six seasons. However, her experience working with the ‘Sisterhood of Traveling pants’ actress was “horrendous.”
“I was a stand-in on movies and TV shows for 15 years and I worked on the show [Gossip Girl] on and off for all six seasons,” shared the cookbook author.
She continued, “I'm going to attest that Blake Lively is horrendous. I'm sorry to burst your bubble. She was a nepo baby and when she was 19 and the whole world was blowing smoke up her a**. It is really hard to keep your head when that happens.”
“I'm thinking she thinks that she has the right to behave exactly as she wants,” Rago added, before asking, “And how dare we make a fuss? She couldn’t handle that people didn’t frigging like her and she was looking like an a**hole.”
She also referenced Baldoni getting served a lawsuit by Baldoni, while claiming, “She has thrown people under the bus.”
“This guy [Justin Baldoni] has a wife and family,” mused the influencer, before adding, “And made out these benign interactions are assault when I’ve seen the footage and I think just “go home.””
Rago further claimed that while filming ‘Gossip Girl’, Lively would seldom speak to the extras and mainly chose to communicate with a director.
“When she tried to be nice… she really has to force herself because I was a normal person,” claimed Rago while sharing an incident when had to give Lively some script notes.
Rago further added that Lively said “thank you” in the most OTT way.
She even recalled an incident when Lively was in a sour mood after coming back to the set after splitting with Leonardo DiCaprio in 2011. Rago recalled, “She was in a very bad mood and it was like: do not talk to her.”
Lively briefly dated the ‘Titanic’ star in 2011 and they were seen together at the Cannes Film Festival and on dates to various exotic locales.
Nevertheless, she moved on with Ryan Reynolds and the couple tied the knot in 2012, and welcomed four children since then.
While Rago harbored critical opinion about Lively, her opinion about the ‘Deadpool’ star was less harsh.
Following Lively’s break up with DiCaprio, Rago claimed, “Ryan started coming around. We all deserve a man like that, to bow down in front of you. That was cute. That’s the kind of person she is.”
Ryan Reynolds' former co-star throws shade at actor
It is, however, not only Rossella Rago who threw shade at Blake Lively for being “horrendous” on set, as Reynolds’ ‘Deadpool’ co-star and comedian TJ Miller, 43, claimed Reynolds was “horrifically mean” to him on set and in a resurfaced 2022 ‘The Adam Corolla Show’ podcast interview.
Miller said, “As the character, he was, like, horrifically mean to me,” before sharing an alleged incident from the sets of the second film.
He claimed, “But to me. As if I'm Weasel. He was like, "You know what's great about you, Weasel? You're not the star, but you do just enough exposition that it's funny and then we can leave and get back to the real movie."”
The ‘Yogi Bear’ actor said that he “kind of listened and thought it was weird,” before noting that he thought Reynolds was possibly being “insecure” for some reason.
