LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Paul Richard Soliz Jr, 37, who is under the spotlight due to his relationship with pop star Britney Spears, is reportedly a father of nine children and hasn't been supporting any of them as claimed by the family of the mother of his five children.

Soliz has been accused of being a “deadbeat dad” and a “felon ex-boyfriend” who cheated on his wife Nicole Mancilla and is currently being pursued by the Los Angeles Department for Child Support Services (DCSS).

Why did Paul Soliz Jr cheat on his wife with Britney Spears?

Nicole Mancilla, the mother of five of Soliz’s children, has made serious allegations against him.

She claimed that Soliz cheated on her with Spears and has not paid bills for his five kids with her or his other children with other women.

“Just let them know that my husband fell in Britney Spears’ p***y. He was married, and now he denies his children," Mancilla told Daily Mail. "He neglects his children for her," she added.

Mancilla also referred to Soliz as the “EBT Nick Cannon,” drawing a comparison to the TV host with 12 children with different women.

Paul Soliz Jr and the child support he has been ordered to provide to his children

The court records cited by the publication show a civil case against Soliz brought by DCSS on March 22, demanding Soliz to pay $1,167 monthly child support to Trystan Alexzander Soliz, nine, Dylan Andrew Soliz, eight, and baby Violet Pearl Soliz, 21 months.

It also asks Soliz to pay 50 percent of healthcare costs for three of his children. The complaint states that the children have received public benefits since January 2020.

It lists Soliz’s income as $2,774 per month, and Mancilla’s as zero. In September 2021, an LA judge determined Soliz was the father of four of his children.

However, the parentage of baby Violet has not been officially determined by the courts.

In 2019, LA County filed a complaint against Soliz, claiming that he owed $615 in monthly child support to Alexandra Gonzalez for their twins, Anevy and Avery Soliz, who were five years old at the time.

But a judgment in January 2022 confirmed that Soliz was indeed the father. Surprisingly, the court ruled that his child support obligation was "zero."

Where are Paul Richard Soliz Jr and Nicole Mancilla's five children?

Mancilla and her five children live with her mother, 60-year-old surgical assistant Sandra Smith, in her three-bed Sylmar townhouse in California.

“He has ten kids. He doesn’t support any of them. They’re at my house," Smith told the publication.

“Nicole’s torn up by everything. This has been going on for five years. And he doesn’t leave her alone, he keeps coming back," she added.

Smith expressed her frustration with Soliz saying, "I wouldn't let him see the kids if it was me. She does, because she wants them to have a dad. But I wouldn't want a dad like that."

Paul Richard Soliz's criminal record

Soliz was hired in 2022 to work for Spears in a housekeeper-like role, performing menial tasks around her mega-mansion in Thousand Oaks, California, according to Page Six.

Soliz's job was to “clean toilets, mop floors and pick up trash.” He was fired sometime in 2023 after his criminal past was exposed.

But now he owns his business as a licensed contractor. It has been reported that he and Spears got close after her split from Sam Asghari.

Soliz has faced multiple misdemeanor charges and at least one felony. He was found guilty of a single count of disturbing the peace in 2014, and in the same year, he faced a child endangerment charge, which was later dismissed as part of a plea deal, according to the report.

In 2016, Soliz was convicted of driving without a license. Additionally, a charge for driving with a suspended license was dropped due to a plea agreement.

Most recently, in December 2020, he was convicted of felony firearm possession, a charge that originated from an incident in 2019. He appeared in court in September 2023 for a suspected probation violation related to that firearm possession charge.

Paul Richard Soliz insists he is not a bad father

In a previous interview with Backgrid, Paul detailed his family life saying, “I have a handful of children,” and also mentioned the sad loss of one of the children’s mothers.

“I have custody of my children, I’m not a "bad dude." I own my own business. I do licensed contractor technique tile," he asserted.

Soliz is again in the spotlight after he and Spears were spotted outside Hotel Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles on Thursday, May 2, following an alleged "mental breakdown" after a "huge" fight with Soliz in which Spears injured her left prompting paramedics to arrive at the scene.

According to TMZ, a person who appeared to be Spears, was also seen "harassing and threatening hotel employees and guests."

Before this, the outlet also recently reported that they fought "so bad" in a Vegas hotel that their suite was in ruins.

Spears ended up "paying the hotel tens of thousands of dollars" to cover the damage, but that was not the end. Reports also said that Soliz borrowed Spears' Mercedez-Benz and damaged it.
