Britney Spears speaks about healing in her new post

Britney Spears, who had been in conservatorship for many years before it ended in November 2021 after a legal case, said in the caption, “I don’t think I’ve been in a confident place in my head. I said I want to find my real body... the one that would never do something if I didn’t want to.”

Asserting that “the healing starts with the mind first,” she elaborated, “I know at one point in my life it literally wasn’t even my body just from everything it was forced to do, so many things I disagreed with. It was humiliating so now I definitely feel a spiritual transformation.”

Spears also noted that dancing makes her feel “so good” before she moved on to speak about the undisclosed location where she was.

Britney Spears asks her fans to ‘go where you feel most alive’

Britney Spears also spoke about the turmoil she faced in her life. Without getting into the details, Spears just stated, “I’ve been through so much in the States, I honestly feel my mind immediately shuts down in the States. Only when I’m away my mind and heart open to heal because I think that the small voice within is saying, you can play and rebel here, it's ok.”

While concluding her post, the dancer added a piece of advice for her fans and followers.

She shared, “I don’t even know if anyone is reading this but I haven’t spoken up in a long time, but if by chance someone is... go where you feel most alive and know you are loved !!!!! I wish somebody had told me that a long time ago.”

Britney Spears shared about her experience with ex

The latest post came after last week Britney Spears revealed that she was in Turks and Caicos.

At the time, she let her fans know she had been to the British Overseas Territories earlier also but with her ex. She, however, did not name whom she was talking about.
