She lip-syncs to Clean Bandit's 2016 hit "Rockabye," and midway through, she changes into a colorful, watercolor-style push-up bra.

Adding a pink heart emoji, Spears captioned the post, "To the one I love!!!"

Further in the caption, she described her dance as a "Nasty Girl version !!! Sorry had to !!! It just feels more human that’s why it gets to people !!! Are we beginning to communicate ??? Stay nice now folks !!!"

She then concluded by saying, "And it’s a school night so go to bed early and get those lunches ready because your children need to eat !!! Word of the week - adjacent !!!”

Her recent dance videos come after a spat with the Osbournes, who had criticized her Instagram dances. Ozzy, on his family's podcast 'The Osbournes', apologized for calling Britney's dance videos "boring".

"I’m so sorry for making that comment. However, it would be better if you didn’t do the same f**king dance every day," he said, before advising her to vary her routine.

Kelly Osbourne, co-hosting the same episode, also apologized for her previous remarks about Britney’s social media content, as per DailyMail.

In August, it was announced that Jon M Chu, who directed the film adaptation of 'Wicked', will work with producer Marc Platt on a feature film based on Britney's bestselling memoir, 'The Woman in Me'. Britney Spears had previously hinted at a "secret project" with Platt.
