MANCHESTER, UNITED KINGDOM: After blasting Donald Trump for running a “corrupt and treasonous” government, Bruce Springsteen decided to maintain his silence this time as he dodged a question about the president while signing autographs for fans.

Earlier this month, the 75-year-old rocker didn’t mince his words while attacking the commander-in-chief at the first show of his 'Land of Hopes and Dreams Tour' in Manchester, England.

On Monday, May 19, Springsteen was signing autographs for fans when an onlooker asked him whether he wanted to send a message to Trump.

Instead of responding, the 'Hungry Heart' hitmaker could be seen chuckling briefly before holding up his hand and continuing to greet the gathering of admirers who were waiting for him, according to Fox News Digital.

Bruce Springsteen's brutal attack on Donald Trump sparks fierce feud

Before kicking off the concert in Manchester on May 14, Bruce Springsteen, who endorsed former vice president Kamala Harris in the 2024 presidential race, launched into an angry monologue about the state of affairs back in his home country.

"In my home, the America I love, the America I've written about, that has been a beacon of hope and liberty for 250 years is currently in the hands of a corrupt, incompetent, and treasonous administration,” he told a roaring crowd.

“Tonight, we ask all who believe in democracy and the best of our American experience to rise with us, raise your voices against the authoritarianism, and let freedom ring,” the rocker added.

“In America, the richest men are taking satisfaction in abandoning the world’s poorest children to sickness and death. In my country, they’re taking sadistic pleasure in the pain they inflict on loyal American workers. They’re rolling back historic civil rights legislation that has led to a more just and plural society," Springsteen said.

"They are abandoning our great allies and siding with dictators against those struggling for their freedom,” the 'I’m on Fire' singer added.

He also claimed that representatives “have failed to protect the American people from the abuses of an unfit president and a rogue government.”

Springsteen echoed similar sentiments about Trump and his administration during his May 17 concert in Manchester.

Donald Trump says he will call for 'major investigation' into Bruce Springsteen's endorsement of Kamala Harris

Bruce Springsteen’s blistering attack was met with a brutal reply by Donald Trump, who called him a "dried-out prune of a rocker."

“I see that Highly Overrated Bruce Springsteen goes to a Foreign Country to speak badly about the President of the United States,” the president wrote in a Truth Social post.

“Never liked him, never liked his music, or his Radical Left Politics and, importantly, he’s not a talented guy — Just a pushy, obnoxious JERK, who fervently supported Crooked Joe Biden, a mentally incompetent FOOL, and our WORST EVER President, who came close to destroying our Country,” the 78-year-old added.

"This dried out 'prune' of a rocker (his skin is all atrophied!) ought to KEEP HIS MOUTH SHUT until he gets back into the Country, that’s just 'standard fare.' Then we’ll all see how it goes for him!" Trump concluded.

His attacks didn’t end here, as the MAGA leader even said he is going to call for a “major investigation” into Springsteen’s endorsement of Harris.

“HOW MUCH DID KAMALA HARRIS PAY BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN FOR HIS POOR PERFORMANCE DURING HER CAMPAIGN FOR PRESIDENT?” Trump asked in an all-caps tirade on his Truth Social platform.

The president even dragged other celebs in his attack, writing, “WHY DID HE ACCEPT THAT MONEY IF HE IS SUCH A FAN OF HERS? ISN’T THAT A MAJOR AND ILLEGAL CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION? WHAT ABOUT BEYONCÉ? …AND HOW MUCH WENT TO OPRAH, AND BONO???”

"I am going to call for a major investigation into this matter. Candidates aren’t allowed to pay for ENDORSEMENTS, which is what Kamala did, under the guise of paying for entertainment," the 78-year-old said

Trump further claimed, "In addition, this was a very expensive and desperate effort to artificially build up her sparse crowds. IT’S NOT LEGAL! For these unpatriotic 'entertainers,' this was just a CORRUPT & UNLAWFUL way to capitalize on a broken system. Thank you for your attention to this matter!!!"
