Caitlyn Jenner makes heartwarming gesture to Sophia Hutchins’ family after her death in car accident
MALIBU, CALIFORNIA: In a touching gesture to honor their friendship, Caitlyn Jenner has stepped up to support the family of her late manager, Sophia Hutchins, just days after her shocking death in a tragic ATV accident.
Hutchins, 29, tragically died on July 2 after rear-ending a 2016 Mazda sedan while driving a 2013 Polaris four-wheeler, before plunging off a 350-foot cliff near Caitlyn’s Malibu mansion.

Nearly two weeks after the tragic accident, sources have revealed that Caitlyn Jenner has offered late Sophia Hutchins’ mother, Amy, a place to stay as she mourns the devastating loss of her daughter.
"Both devastated, Caitlyn and Amy have been leaning on each other for support during this incredibly difficult time," an insider told TMZ.
The outlet also reported that Hutchins has been laid to rest at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Culver City, California. Thanks to Jenner’s generosity, Amy now has a place to stay near the burial site, as she previously lived out of town.
This gesture came just days after an investigator told the Daily Mail that Hutchins was allegedly speeding in her Polaris ATV and had been riding “side by side” with a Mazda before rear-ending it.
The force of the impact reportedly caused the ATV to veer off a cliff along Malibu’s winding mountain road. “It doesn't seem like she was following them,” said Malibu/Lost Hills Sergeant Eduardo Saucedo, noting that two women in the Mazda were uninjured.
“I think she just came up on them and then hit the car. It looked like she tried to maneuver to go around it, but she was going too fast and just ended up clipping the rear end of that Mazda, causing her to veer off and go off the cliff there,” he added.
Caitlyn Jenner’s bond with late Sophia Hutchins
Sophia Hutchins had been part of Caitlyn Jenner’s close-knit circle since 2015, the year Jenner publicly came out as a transgender woman.
Two years later, Hutchins moved into Jenner’s home and took over as her manager, a role previously handled by Jenner’s ex-wife, Kris Jenner, prior to their 2015 divorce.
Despite living under the same roof, Hutchins repeatedly clarified that she and Jenner “were never romantically involved,” emphasizing that their relationship was strictly professional and deeply rooted in friendship.
“Caitlyn is a parent to me. I have said that a million times. It is a parental, familial relationship,” she told The New York Times.
Sophia also maintained a close bond with Kris, speaking to her regularly. She had a warm relationship with Caitlyn’s daughters, Kendall Jenner, 29, and Kylie Jenner, 27, who once gifted her a heart-shaped diamond necklace for Christmas.
