Owens was quick to respond to the clip on social media. “TPUSA 'Faith' coming to a city near you,” she mockingly wrote, and added, “'God wants you to CLAP for me.'”
Further, Owens expanded her criticism against all pastors across the US, rather than the individual who attacked her. She also claimed that all pastors in their sermons are likely to mention her or Tucker Carlson at least once.
Pastor challenge: tomorrow is Sunday. I challenge you to get through an entire “sermon” without mentioning me OR Tucker Carlson.

Speaking at the event, the pastor slammed Owens for "tearing down" the legacy of Kirk. He went on to call her "evil" and "demonic."
He even demanded applause from the audience for it and urged her husband to stop her.
Owens’ response was met with widespread criticism, with many arguing that she is exaggerating her importance. Several critics pointed out that most pastors don't mention her name and called her assumptions delusional, driven by self-importance.
Following this, she clarified, saying, “I was referring to the Turning Point Faith pastors that were trending for doing sermons about me over the last week. Not every pastor in the world.”

Candace Owens fuels conspiracy theories after Charlie Kirk's death
In the wake of Kirk's tragic shooting, Owens came up with multiple conspiracy theories regarding the tragedy. She alleged Israeli and Egyptian interference in the death of the conservative activist without providing any proof to back her claims.
Kirk was a right-wing, conservative activist and the co-founder of TPUSA, and was known for hosting debates across the country aimed at promoting conservative views. He was shot during one such public debate event at Utah Valley University on September 10.
He has been a significant factor in Trump's return to power as his debates attracted young voters to support the Republican Party. After his death, Trump awarded him the Presidential Medal of Freedom, calling him “a fearless warrior for liberty” and a "martyr for truth and freedom."
He was 33 at the time of his death. His widow, Erika Kirk, now serves as the CEO of TPUSA.
