Carla Jeffery’s family launches GoFundMe for funeral costs after Disney star's death at 33

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Carla Jeffery’s sudden death has left Hollywood mourning the loss of the talented actress at just 33 years old. While the details surrounding her death remain under wraps, her family has now launched a GoFundMe campaign to help cover her funeral expenses.

Following her death, her twin brother, Carlon Jeffery, also shared an emotional final text message he had sent to his sister. Carla’s death was announced on Tuesday, September 1, leaving fans, friends, and loved ones mourning the loss of the actress.

Jeffery’s family shared the description on a GoFundMe page: "I am creating this fundraiser for my close family member, Carla Jeffery, as we face the heartbreaking loss of a loved one. This is an incredibly painful and difficult time for our family, and we are doing our best to come together, grieve, and make sure Carla has the support needed to handle the funeral and burial arrangements."

They also added, "Losing someone is never easy, and the emotional weight of this moment has also brought unexpected financial stress for our family." "The funds raised will go directly toward funeral expenses and burial costs, helping ease some of the burden during this time of mourning. My hope is to give Carla one less thing to worry about so our family can focus on honoring our loved one and supporting each other."

"If you are able to give, please know that any amount would mean so much to us. If you cannot donate, sharing this fundraiser and keeping Carla and our family in your thoughts is also deeply appreciated. Any support is deeply appreciated during this difficult time," the GoFundMe description added.

The family had set a fundraising goal of $40,000. As of Thursday, September 4, the campaign had raised $4,056 toward that goal.

Disney star Carla Jeffery died  at the age of 33 

According to the talent management company, the statement reads, “It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Carla Jeffery, who passed away on September 1, 2026, at just 33 years old." 

“Carla joined the Alexanders Talent Management family at the age of 12. For more than 20 years, we had the privilege of watching her grow into a beautiful, vibrant, and incredibly talented woman whose radiant smile could light up any room,” her team’s statement continued.

“As Bree in Disney’s hit Zombies franchise, Carla shared her joy, humor, and bright spirit with audiences around the world.” Her management company concluded, “Carla was more than a client; she was family. Our hearts are with Carla’s family and loved ones during this devastating time."

“We respectfully ask that their privacy be honored as they grieve this unimaginable loss. Rest beautifully, Carla. Your light will never be forgotten.”
