The couple had previously poured $20 million into a full-floor, 10,000-square-foot residence in the Sunshine State back in 2020, featuring a stunning design by the late architect Zaha Hadid. This luxury condo, located in the iconic One Thousand Museum building, features a unique curved "exoskeleton" architecture that has captured attention across the city skyline.

The One Thousand Museum is renowned not only for its visual appeal but also for its exclusive amenities. The building includes 82 separate units, a Sky Lounge, an Aquatic Center, and an infinity-edge pool, along with 24-hour security and a private cinema. Among its standout offerings are bespoke services such as customized scenting for common areas and fresh flower deliveries.

The residence is currently valued at £22.6 million after the Beckhams purchased it for around £17.15 million. This new addition is part of the couple's extensive £73 million global real estate portfolio, which also includes a £6 million home in the Cotswolds and a lavish £31 million mansion in London undergoing renovations.

David Beckham reportedly secured a $13 million mortgage for the Miami penthouse, with monthly repayments expected to exceed $52,000, rising to nearly $62,000 when taxes are included. The penthouse serves as a family hub while David manages his Inter Miami football club, allowing the Beckhams to enjoy quality time together in the US with their eldest son, Brooklyn, and his wife, Nicola Peltz.

The couple is also renovating their £31 million London mansion, affectionately referred to as "Beckingham Palace II." They acquired the property in 2013 for £21.4 million during the peak of the London real estate market, situated in the upscale neighborhood of Holland Park.
