Dr Phil McGraw warns Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s four children could end up ‘in foster care’

HIDDEN HILLS, CALIFORNIA: Dr Phil McGraw has issued a stark warning regarding the turbulent co-parenting situation between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West in a recent episode of TMZ’s '2 Angry Men' podcast.
He suggested that their four children could face serious consequences if the reality star does not take legal action against her ex-husband, Page Six reported.
A dire warning from Dr Phil
In the podcast on Wednesday, March 26, Dr Phil McGraw didn’t hold back as he theorized about the potential fate of North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5.
It all started when the host, Harvey Levin initiated the conversation on the recent incident where West featured their daughter, North, on a song with incarcerated rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs.

Levin stated, "So what I'm thinking and this is not a hypothetical; this happens all the time in California with celebrities."
"People called the Department of Children and Family Services, and they say "Check on this family This kid's at risk." DCFS has a duty to go out and if they go out and say to Kim "We agree with you. There's a danger here What have you done?" And she can't answer then she's in trouble. Am I wrong here?" he said.
“If you need an emergency intervention, then you get an emergency intervention,” McGraw, 74, responded to the question after co-host Mark Geragos made his comments.

“What we don’t want is for these children to wind up in foster care because that system is broken," said the former talk show host.
He went on to dismiss the notion that Kardashian and West’s immense wealth would shield their children from such an outcome.
“If you think, ‘Well, with this kind of money, they’re not gonna wind up in foster care,’ well, that’s wrong,” McGraw said.

“If the [Department of Children and Families] gets involved and thinks one parent isn’t reacting while the other is unstable, they will take them," he warned.
He further clarified that while authorities would likely place the children with family members rather than strangers, it was a situation that should be avoided at all costs.
“You don’t want these children left hanging out to dry,” he emphasized.
Kim Kardashian reconsidering custody agreement amid Kanye West’s recent stunt
Kim Kardashian, 44, and Kanye West, 47, finalized their divorce in 2022, agreeing to joint legal and physical custody of their children.
However, recent incidents have reportedly prompted Kardashian to consider altering their arrangement.

One major point of contention arose when West featured their daughter, North, in a song titled 'Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine,' with incarcerated rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, something Kardashian strongly opposed, per the Blast.

Kardashian reportedly took legal action to prevent the release of the song, arguing that North's participation was unauthorized.
She had previously trademarked North's name to protect her image and prevent unauthorized use, but in response to these legal measures, Kanye allegedly threatened to "go to war" with Kardashian over the issue, according to The New York Post.

Additionally, she allegedly cut short North’s recent visit with her father after learning that controversial commentator Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan Tate, would be present.
The Tate brothers are currently facing trafficking and other serious charges.
West has not remained silent on the matter.

Earlier this month, he launched into a lengthy rant on X (formerly Twitter), accusing Kardashian and the “Kardashian mob” of limiting his parental rights.
“Yes I have beef with people that froze my account took my kids away and tried to put me in jail AND ITS STUCK,” he wrote in a deleted tweet.

“I dont want to just ‘see’ my kids. I need to raise them. I need to have say so of wear [sic] They go to school and who their friends are and whos [sic] Houses they sleep over weather [sic] My daughters wear lipstick and perfume,” he railed in a second deleted tweet.
“All these rights have been taken from me by the Kardashian mob Hulu and Disney and the bigger agenda to use the selectively bred Black children to be platforms to influence Black people," he claimed, per Page Six.
