MANHATTAN, NEW YORK: Donald Trump may be in trouble again after taking a shot at E Jean Carroll on his Memorial Day Truth Social post.

Trump has already lost two defamation suits brought against him by magazine writer Carroll, and he may be in for a third one.

Why E Jean Carroll may sue Donald Trump again?

Trump, in a Truth Social media post on Monday, May 27, lashed out at Joe Biden calling him a 'human scum' and his Judges, who have or are presiding over his cases, like the most recent hush money trial, the arguments for which will start on Tuesday, May 28.

Trump took a swipe at Judge Arthur Engoron, who presided over Trump’s fraud trial, and Judge Juan Merchan, who is currently presiding over the Trump hush money trial.

He also mentioned Judge Lewis Kaplan, who oversaw the civil rape trial and defamation trial brought by the writer Carroll.

In the post Trump said he had never met Carroll and claimed the earlier interaction 'years ago' didn't count.

According to journalist Maggie Haberman, who has spent a significant amount of time with Trump and continues to have sources close to the ex-president's campaign, he may be in trouble, per Raw Story.

"After Trump, who arrived in NY last night, attacked E Jean Carroll again on Truth Social today, her lawyer Roberta Kaplan says, 'We have said several times since the last jury verdict in January that all options were on the table. And that remains true today -- all options are on the table,'" Haberman posted on X.

"Happy Memorial Day to All, including the Human Scum that is working so hard to destroy our Once Great Country, & to the Radical Left, Trump Hating Federal Judge in New York that presided over, get this, TWO separate trials, that awarded a woman, who I never met before (a quick handshake at a celebrity event, 25 years ago, doesn’t count!), 91 MILLION DOLLARS for 'DEFAMATION,'" Trump wrote referring to Carroll on Truth Social, commemorating Memorial Day.

"She didn’t know when the so-called event took place - sometime in the 1990’s - never filed a police report, didn’t have to produce the 'dress' that she threatened me with (it showed negative!), & sung my praises in the first half of her CNN Interview with Alison Cooper, but changed her tune in the second half - Gee, I wonder why (UNDER APPEAL!)?" he wrote further.

"The Rape charge was dropped by a jury! Or Arthur Engoron, the N.Y. State Wacko Judge who fined me almost 500 Million Dollars (UNDER APPEAL) for DOING NOTHING WRONG, used a Statute that has never been used before, gave me NO JURY, Mar-a-Lago at $18,000,000 - Now for Merchan!" he concluded the post.

Internet reacts to Donald Trump's possible legal faceoff with E Jean Carroll

Meanwhile, netizens have mixed reactions to Donald Trump's possible legal faceoff with Carroll. However, Haberman faced criticism as people thought she was on Trump's side.

"He can’t help himself," wrote one on X. "He attacked her as part of his unhinged Memorial Day post," wrote one more.

"Sue him again, please," wrote on more. "It's more like banquet table now, than say a kitchen one," joked one.

"Oh Maggie, Trump is going to be Potus so stop with your silly who cares kind of tweets," one chimed in support of Trump. "More kangaroo court BS," another X user posted.

"Start seizing assets," demanded one. "No self-control, no self-discipline, no integrity, and no mute button. Hey, I know…let’s make him President," one user took a sarcastic jibe at Trump and his supporters.

Some accused her of being dictated by Trump, "What did trump tell you to write?" wrote an X user. "Maggie, just quit. We know who you are and what you did. You’ve lost your privileges," wrote one more.
