DURBAN, SOUTH AFRICA: Ana Navarro’s winter away from ‘The View’ continued in South Africa as she posed with some “African beadwork” and claimed that she was “obsessed” with the jewelry made by local women and young girls.

Over the last few days, Navarro has shared several glimpses from her trip to South Africa with her husband, Al Cardenas. She also spent Christmas and her birthday during this time. In her most recent post, Navarro focussed on how the memories she made during her time in South Africa.

‘The View’ host Ana Navarro took to Instagram to share a picture of herself wearing African beadwork. She wore a colorful beaded necklace, earrings, and bracelets in the first photo.

Navarro shared more pictures, focusing on the intricate beaded jewelry as she wrote more about it in the caption.

She wrote, “Too much? Nah. There’s no such thing. Some say less is more. I say, more is more! I am obsessed with African beadwork. It’s made by hand by local women and young girls.”

Navarro continued, “In Turkey, I got an 🧿 necklace, in Greece an olive branch set. Little things that make me happy. (I hope @frantaylorstyled, our stylist on @theviewabc doesn’t see this. She thinks I get a little too color & pattern happy, at times - she’s from NYC. Left to their own devices, they’d wear black at Easter.)”

In another post, ‘The View’ host also appreciated the “sights and colors” of South Africa, as she gushed, “The sights and colors of South Africa. This country is like a rainbow of cultures- different colors, ethnic backgrounds, tribes, religions….tribal artisans display their art next to S Africans of Indian descent, selling curries and spices.
