LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: During Tuesday's live episode of 'The View', host Whoopi Goldberg took a decisive stand when she noticed a male audience member recording the panel on his cell phone.

Just five minutes into the show, as Whoopi, 68, and her cohosts discussed a New York appeals court's decision regarding Donald Trump's fraud case, Whoopi interrupted cohost Sunny Hostin to address the issue.

Whoopi Goldberg confronted audience behavior

Standing up from her seat, Whoopi walked over to the left side of the ABC studio to directly confront the individual with the camera. She firmly advised him, "Sir, I have to stop you with the camera because I can see you. So do me a favor, don't pull it out again. I'd appreciate that, thank you." This intervention garnered applause from some audience members, while Joy Behar inquired, "What was he doing?" to which Sara Haines replied, "Recording."

They seemed to be alluding to a subsequent incident, when Whoopi sharply addressed one of the crew members operating the camera, possibly because they were attempting to rush her.

"I'm gonna get to her, my God guys! I'm going to get to her! May I finish my point or you want me to just jump now?" Whoopi exclaimed, referring to Sunny, 55, who had a legal note to read out.

In response to the tense moment, Joy, 81, joked, "Whoopi is not in the mood today for your shenanigans!" To which Whoopi fired back, "I'm not! You know, I'm trying to do everything everybody wants but... never mind."
