Jill Biden's inquiry into aides' decision to halt a presidential press conference over two years ago has surfaced following Special Counsel Robert Hur's report on President Joe Biden's management of classified documents.

The 388-page report that was released on Thursday, February 8, contains several mentions of the 81-year-old incumbent president's poor memory.

What more was revealed from the upcoming book ‘American Woman’?

The book ‘American Woman', written by Katie Rogers, will be available on February 27.

Per Axios, which obtained a copy of the book pre-release, reported that it centers on modern US First Ladies, including Jill Biden.

“Why didn’t anyone stop that?” asked the First Lady, who is known to be the Commander-in-Chief’s protector.

She also questioned top White House aides, “Where was the person who was going to end the press conference?” Rogers mentions this in her book.

During the course of his presidency, Joe Biden has seldom conducted solo press conferences, according to The Hill.

While he has engaged in joint press conferences with foreign dignitaries, as well as provided remarks and fielded questions from the press on occasion, he has rarely appeared alone before the press.

Notably, in Thursday night’s instance where Special Counsel Hur's report called his memory into question, the President delivered an impassioned defense of his recollection while taking questions from reporters.
