LAS VEGAS, NEVADA: Nearly three decades after the infamous murders of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman, shocking revelations from OJ Simpson's controversial book, 'If I Did It,' have resurfaced and set the internet ablaze.

Originally intended as a hypothetical account of the killings, the book's release in 2007 sparked outrage and accusations that Simpson was attempting to profit from the tragic deaths, as per New York Post.

Initially met with strong opposition and subsequently shelved due to public outrage over Simpson potentially profiting from the murders he was acquitted of, 'If I Did It' eventually saw the light of day through a series of legal actions.

After a civil trial held in Los Angeles found Simpson liable for the deaths of Brown and Goldman, the rights to the book were awarded to their families, who decided to release it with a modified title.

The revamped cover of the book boldly proclaimed 'I DID IT' in prominent red lettering, with the word 'IF' cunningly concealed within the 'I.'

Accompanied by the subtitle 'Confessions of the Killer,' the book delved into the troubled relationship between Simpson and Brown, with a chapter titled 'The Night in Question,' which provided a hypothetical account of what happened on June 12, 1994.

Co-writer Pablo Fenjves, who initially agreed to the project under the pretense that profits would go to Simpson's children, expressed deep regret over his involvement.

"He murdered Nicole twice," Fenjves lamented to Newsweek, "He murdered her in real life, and then he proceeded to murder her character in the book. And I let him."
