Chris Pratt trolled as he posts shirtless pic after working out, thanks wife Katherine for 'nudging' him
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Jurassic World Dominion' star Chris Pratt has become the latest target of internet trolls after posting his shirtless workout results.
The actor, who has reportedly committed to working out every day in January 2024, shared an update on his progress on day 10.
In a candid Instagram Story on Wednesday, Pratt revealed the secret to his consistency - his wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt.
He expressed gratitude to Katherine for "nudging" him toward his morning routine.
Toward the end of 2023, celebrities such as Kourtney Kardashian, Megan Thee Stallion, and Britney Spears grabbed headlines by sharing their workout routines.

"Okay so, day 10 done. When I said that I was up before the kids yesterday, I was. And now I’m up again today before the kids," Chris Pratt shared on camera from his gym.
"But I didn’t credit Katherine for nudging me in the ribs when I tried to go back to sleep," he further said.
"She did that yesterday and today. I set my alarm and then, you know, I did that thing where I was like, 'I'm just going to lay here with my eyes closed.' She poked me in the ribs. She said, 'get up.'"

Expressing his admiration for those who encourage their loved ones to stay committed to their goals, Pratt acknowledged the difficulty of the task.
"Credit to all the people out there who are doing it with the help of someone else," he stated.
"Credit to all those someone else’s and to those of you who don’t have someone poking you in the ribs and need that motivation from someone," the actor added.
He went on, "Maybe I can give it to you right now. Get up, go get that workout. Feel good, drink some water."
The subsequent Instagram Story featured a mirror selfie of the actor flexing his muscles and giving a thumbs-up.
Pratt and his wife, Schwarzenegger Pratt, 34, are parents to two daughters. They welcomed their first daughter, Lyla Maria, 3, a year after their wedding in June 2019. Their second daughter, Eloise Christina, now 18 months old, was born in March 2022.
In addition to his daughters, Pratt also has an 11-year-old son, Jack, from his previous marriage to Anna Faris.

However, Pratt's post was met with incessant trolling from Internet users. A comment on Facebook read, "You too can look like this after 11 days in the gym."
