QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA: People on the internet have been going gaga over a video of Jack Black that has surfaced on the internet recently.

The clip shows the 55-year-old actor doing stunts akin to his character in the film 'Kung Fu Panda' in an attempt to frighten paparazzi while at the Gold Coast beach, as reported by Daily Mail.

The publication reported that the ‘School of Rock’ actor was enjoying his day at the beach on January 19, donning Tenacious D 'Satan' print board shorts and a psychedelic tie-dye T-shirt, when a media person went near him.

As the man approached the singer and actor, Jack Black responded hilariously by showing off a few moves from his hit movies — ‘Jumanji’ and ‘Kung Fu Panda’.

The 55-year-old actor reportedly threw a few punches and some kicks before the photographer told him, “You know that I'm recording?”

Black then immediately ended his gig and jogged away from the person.

An X user @scubaryan_ posted the footage online, which he credited to @/dailymailau on TikTok.

The clip has gone viral and received 20.4 million views along with several comments.

Jack Black and Paul Rudd will be seen in ‘Anaconda’ reboot

Meanwhile, it has been reported that Jack Black is in Australia to shoot the comedic reboot of the 1997 film, ‘Anaconda’.

In December 2024, the comedian shared alongside Paul Rudd, as per Variety, “We’re making a movie!” before revealing, “It’s gonna be a big f***** snake and it’s gonna rip!”



 

Rudd added, “You wanna get scared? You wanna laugh? You wanna celebrate with your friends? Or maybe you’re alone and sad and have nobody, but just wanna forget about that? It’s coming out on Christmas in 2025.”
