LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Julia Fox has opened up about her tumultuous relationship with Kanye West, describing it as one of the most uncomfortable periods of her life.

Fox and West met on New Year's Eve 2021 in Miami, sparking romance between the two. But their whirlwind affair quickly fizzled out by 2022, plagued by unresolved issues.

Following West's split from Kim Kardashian in 2021, he had a brief romance with Fox but this relationship left the 'No Sudden Move' star feeling uneasy, prompting her to declare that she no longer wishes to be anyone's girlfriend.

This comes amid reports that Kanye West and Bianca Censori are planning to divorce after being separated for a few weeks.

Julia Fox, known for her role in 'Uncut Gems', shared her thoughts on her brief romance with Kanye West in an interview published in 'The Times' on Saturday, October 12.

Reflecting on the relationship, Fox said, "I regret that relationship so much. I hate it! It was only a few weeks but enough to last me a lifetime."

According to People, she described feeling "probably in the most uncomfortable position in my life", emphasizing that she doesn’t want to be remembered as just someone’s girlfriend.

Fox also revealed that going public with their relationship was not her choice. She explained, "It wasn’t my idea for it to go public. If anything, I was like, ‘We should wait,’ and then boom, it was done behind my back. I realized pretty quickly I was being used as a pawn."

This sentiment echoes what she wrote in her October 2023 memoir, 'Down the Drain', where she mentions West offering to arrange a "boob job" and insisting she sign a non-disclosure agreement, while stylists dressed her in outfits he had approved.

She credits her three-year-old son, Valentino, with her ex-husband Peter Artemiev, as her grounding force, "I can’t go down this spiral because no man, no matter how rich or famous, is worth one minute away from my child."

Her memoir also touches on her childhood in New York City, her struggles with heroin in her teens, and her complex relationship with "the artist".
