WASHINGTON, DC: Lara Trump predicted JD Vance’s 2028 presidential run, pointing to his young age of 41 as something that terrifies Democrats. Speaking on Fox Business’ 'Varney & Co' with Stuart Varney, she claimed the Left is “terrified” of Vance’s rising influence.

Lara also declared that once Donald Trump’s term ends, Vance will lead the country for the next eight years, signaling her confidence in a clear line of succession within the Republican Party.

A video clip circulating online, shared in more than 3,200 posts, shows Lara Trump claiming that JD Vance’s youth is unsettling Democrats.

During her appearance on Fox Business’ 'Varney & Co,' host Stuart Varney pointed out Vance’s age, prompting Lara to respond, “Vance is just over 40 and I think Ush is 39, so yes, they're young, which is terrifying to the Democrats.”

Lara went on to suggest that Republicans are set to maintain political momentum for years to come. “Imagine, Stuart,” she said, “we kept what we've seen happen over the past 10 years going for the next 8 years, which is what a lot of people believe is going to happen, that the Democrats are in such a bad spot with no leader, no message, and nothing that the American people are interested.”

She also emphasized her confidence in Vance’s future leadership after Donald Trump’s term. “It in that once Donald Trump ends his term and we love the Trump 2028 hats, don't kid yourself. I know everybody, especially a lot of Democrats love those, then it will be JD Vance for the next 8 years,” she quipped.

Lara reiterated that this possibility “terrifies the Democratic Party,” citing former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki’s recent remarks about Vance’s political abilities. Varney agreed, adding, “And don't forget the youngsters in the Democrat Party are basically socialists.” Lara nodded and replied simply, “Right.”

Jen Psaki calls JD Vance a ‘little Manchurian candidate’

Lara Trump responded to Jen Psaki’s recent criticism of JD Vance ahead of his potential 2028 presidential run.

On the October 21 episode of the podcast 'I've Had It,' Psaki called Vance a “little Manchurian candidate” who “wants to be president more than anything else.”

She joked about Vance’s wife, saying, “I always wonder what’s going on in the mind of his wife. Like, are you OK? Please blink four times. We’ll come over here. We’ll save you.”

Psaki continued to attack Vance’s character, describing him as dangerously ambitious and politically flexible. “And that he’s willing to do anything to get there,” she said. “And your whole iteration you just outlined, I mean, he’s scarier in certain ways in some ways."

She quipped, "And he’s young and ambitious and agile in the sense that he’s a chameleon who makes himself whatever he thinks the audience wants to hear from him.”

Psaki's claims quickly sparked backlash, with White House Director of Communications Steven Cheung saying, "Jen Psuki [sic] must be transferring her own personal issues onto others. @jrpsaki is a dumba, who has no comprehension of the truth and has to overcompensate for her lack of talent by saying untrue things. Circle back on that, moron."
