WASHINGTON, DC: Trump loyalist Laura Loomer took a victory lap after two top government officials were either fired or forced to walk the plank.

Sharing screenshots of back-to-back New York Times headlines — “Top Lawyer for National Security Agency Is Fired” and “Top FDA Official Resigns Under Pressure” — Loomer posted on X, “Very productive day today. It’s very important that we protect President Trump. We have only one year left to stop the Communist takeover of America.”

Laura Loomer gets more scalps

Loomer has been on a mission to root out anyone she sees as a 'disloyal' holdover from the Biden years. Her latest targets were NSA top lawyer April Falcon Doss and FDA vaccine/gene therapy chief Dr Vinay Prasad.

According to the Times, Loomer went after Doss for her stint with the Democratic staff of the Senate Intelligence Committee. As for Prasad, he was apparently targeted for "past statements of support he had made for prominent figures on the political left, including Sen Bernie Sanders, I-Vt."

The fallout was swift. Democratic Senator Mark Warner (VA), the top Dem on the Senate Intelligence Committee, blew a gasket over Doss’s ousting.

“We should be outraged by the firing of April Doss, a deeply principled public servant, apparently for the role that she played in the Senate Intelligence Committee’s bipartisan investigation into Russian election interference,” Warner said in a statement.

“Her dismissal appears to be the result of a politically motivated smear campaign driven by a far-right conspiracy theorist, not any legitimate concern about her conduct or qualifications. Undermining experienced, nonpartisan professionals like April weakens our national security and makes it harder to protect the country from real threats," he added.

Loomer responded by celebrating the firings. “So many scalps this week! Stacking them up!” she posted.

Laura Loomer was already on a roll

This isn't her first rodeo. Back in April, Loomer was already bragging about helping push out National Security Advisor Mike Waltz and scrubbing the National Security Council clean of what she called disloyalists, including a cybersecurity general with a sterling rep.

“Thank you President Trump for being receptive to the vetting materials provided to you. And thank you for firing these Biden holdovers,” Loomer wrote after that earlier purge. “NSA Director Tim Haugh and his deputy Wendy Noble have been disloyal to President Trump. That is why they have been fired.”

The right-wing provocateur has spent years questioning everything from 9/11 to school shootings, and she’s now scouring the federal government for what she sees as traitors in Trump’s midst.

"National security positions have long been considered non-partisan and outside the realm of political jockeying, a norm the Trump administration is throwing out the window by having an online influencer oust officials over accusations of disloyalty," wrote Alex Griffing, senior editor at Mediaite.

Loomer’s cleaning spree isn’t over. She’s now looking at the Department of Defense. “Wow @PeteHegseth! Looks like some of your underlings are trying to screw you,” she posted on Wednesday. “There are clearly a lot of Biden holdovers at DOD undermining the Trump admin. Who the hell is doing the hiring over at DOD @DeptofDefense? It’s horrendous.”

She added, “Time for a massive DOD RIF [reduction in force].”
