WASHINGTON, DC: In a recent appearance on Steve Bannon's podcast 'War Room,' Colorado Representative Lauren Boebert decried the perceived decline of morals in America, as reported by MeidasTouch News.

The podcast episode, recorded shortly before Bannon's impending prison sentence, featured Boebert strongly advocating for the display of the Ten Commandments across classrooms nationwide.

"This is something we need all throughout our nation... because we need morals back in our nation, back in our schools," Boebert asserted.

"If there's anything we are going to present in front of our children, it should be the word of God. Because this is the one truth that is never going to change and never going to leave them. This isn't some woke fad of the day that you can get cancelled for believing in 10 years from now," she added.

The congresswoman's call for moral education extended to specific commandments, including a pointed reference to adultery: "I don't think it's bad to teach children that adultery is something you should not do."

This remark stood in stark contrast to her public support of Donald Trump, a figure frequently criticized for his infidelities.

She also pointed out, "Also listed in the 10 Commandments is 'thou shall not steal.' Maybe the Left and some of these politicians are having a meltdown over having that listed in our classrooms - thou shall not steal."

Boebert's call for moral restoration comes a few months after a highly publicized incident at a Denver theater, where she was ejected for inappropriate behavior during a performance of 'Beetlejuice.'

According to reports, Boebert and her date were caught engaging in intimate acts, vaping, and causing a disturbance. When asked to leave, she allegedly made obscene gestures to theater staff, all while families with children were present.

This incident is just the latest in a string of controversies surrounding the congresswoman. In 2023, she ended her 17-year marriage to Jayson Boebert. The dissolution hearing included nearly 40 minutes of heated negotiations behind closed doors, during which shouting and a crying baby could be heard, according to Colorado Sun.

Additionally, Boebert's former restaurant, Shooters Grill, was the backdrop for another scandal involving her alleged romantic involvement with chef Matt Archambault. Archambault’s estranged wife, Jennifer Martinez, claimed Boebert showered him with gifts and invitations, even offering a cruise ticket, as per New York Post.

In 2019, Boebert faced scrutiny for a Jeep ATV accident during her Congressional campaign. Reports suggested she abandoned the scene, leaving behind her son, her dog, and her sister-in-law, Tori Hooper. No 911 call was made, further fueling criticism.

Adding to her personal troubles, Boebert's son, Tyler Boebert, is currently facing 22 theft-related charges in Colorado, a fact that has not escaped public notice given her emphasis on the commandment against stealing.
