"I overate yesterday and im feeling really bad about it. Im trying to remind myself that my body needed that nourishment," read the caption over the clip.
The 'Truth Hurts' singer, who recently clapped back at accusations of using Ozempic for her transformation, also emphasized the importance of having self-compassion, writing, "And if my body deserves comfort then my brain deserves comfort too."
