WASHINGTON, DC: Machine Gun Kelly, 34, has shared first comments on being a father again.

The pop-punk rapper is preparing for his next album while also celebrating his upcoming journey into fatherhood with actress Megan Fox, 38.

Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox, who have been together since 2020, revealed earlier this month that they are expecting their first child together, with the baby due in March.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Kelly, born Colson Baker, revealed his creative plans and excitement about becoming a dad again.



 

He wrote, “Isolating myself in the desert next week to restart this album from scratch. When inspiration flows through me unblocked, we will reach the destination in no time. don’t worry.”

He ended the post, adding, “After all, im about to be a dad again!”

Kelly is already a father to 15-year-old daughter Casie, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Emma Cannon.

On November 11, Megan Fox announced her pregnancy on Instagram, using heartfelt lyrics from Kelly’s song 'last november'.

She captioned the post, “Nothing is ever really lost. welcome back,” alluding to their past pregnancy loss.

Fox, who shares three children—Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, eight—with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green, is preparing to expand her family once again.

In 2023, during an appearance on 'Good Morning America', Fox opened up about the miscarriage, saying, “It was very difficult for both of us."

"It sent us on a very wild journey together and separately, and together and apart, and together and apart, and together and apart, trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean? Why did this happen?’” she said according to Daily Mail.

Megan Fox has previously spoken about experiencing an ectopic pregnancy, describing it as an incredibly challenging time.

“I had never been through anything like that before in my life,” she said, adding, “I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us."

At the Billboard Music Awards in May 2022, Kelly dedicated his performance to Fox, saying, “This is for our unborn child.”

The couple, who got engaged in 2022, have yet to marry but remain committed to their shared journey. While they know the gender of their upcoming baby, they have chosen not to reveal it publicly.
