Megan Fox's fiance Machine Gun Kelly doesn't get along with Brian Austin Green amid her pregnancy: Report
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: As Megan Fox and her fiance, Machine Gun Kelly, are getting ready for their first child together, it appears that there might be a family conflict developing between MGK and Fox's ex-husband Brian Austin Green.
According to TMZ, Green and MGK have zero relationship. The rapper-turned-rocker, 34, has not spoken to or seen Green, 51, in two years and he has not done anything to act as a "father figure" to Fox's children.
The 'Transformers' actress revealed her pregnancy on Instagram on Monday, November 11, giving followers a peek into her prenatal journey.
The actress wore a stunning black liquid costume as she shared a poignant post of herself holding her baby bump with the caption, "Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back." She was holding a positive pregnancy test in a second picture.
Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green share three children
Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green—whom she divorced in 2020 after 10 years of marriage—have three children together: Noah, Bodhi, and Journey. The newest arrival will be Fox's fourth child, but her first with MGK.
The co-parenting scenario, however, could prove difficult since Green and MGK's connection is almost non-existent. This raises concerns about how the dynamics will develop as the couple welcomes a new child into the world.
According to TMZ, MGK and Green last saw one other in 2022 as the rapper went with Fox to one of her boys' school events. According to the attendees, Green made a friendly approach to MGK at the event in an attempt to "break the ice."
However, MGK reportedly gave Green "nothing more than an unenthused 'What up'" during the greeting. He also avoided looking at Green during the interaction, indicating that he had no desire to become friends with his fiance's ex-husband.
Green wants the 'Rap Devil' hitmaker to be more involved in his and Fox's children's lives, as per sources. Regarding the prospect of Green and MGK developing a cordial relationship in the future, however, the source said: "That ship has sailed."
Green's fiancee Sharna Burgess, 39, on the other hand, has a "great relationship" with his ex-wife Fox and their three boys. According to a second source, Burgess made a special effort to introduce herself to Fox when she started dating Green four years ago. The two even exchanged phone numbers.
Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green's relationship experienced several highs and lows
Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green's relationship had many highs and lows, including many breakups and reconciliations over the years that they were together.
They began dating in 2004 when Fox was 18 and Green was 30, after meeting on the set of 'Hope & Faith.' They became engaged in 2006nand separated for a short time in 2009, but on June 24, 2010, they got back together and got married at a private ceremony in Hawaii.
Fox initially filed for divorce in August 2015, citing irreconcilable differences. However, Fox canceled the divorce case in April 2019 after they reconnected in early 2016 and welcomed their third child later that year.
By May 2020, Green publicly revealed on his podcast that the two had split once more, citing their widening differences and Fox's demand for more independence as the reasons, according to The Blast.
In November 2020, Fox filed for divorce a second time and, on October 15, 2021, their divorce was formalized. Both have moved on to new relationships since their split.
Green is engaged to professional dancer Sharna Burgess and the two welcomed their son in June 2022. Fox is currently engaged to artist MGK with whom she is expecting a child as well.
